Great service
Turtle Productions were really helpful when we had an unexplained leak in our pond. Even though for them it was a small job, they put a lot of thought and care into it. There were some unexpected problems which they sorted in spite of it putting their work schedule behind.
They were polite, efficient and kept us informed of what they were doing. The finished job is neat and tidy, much better than before and best of all - no leak! Would definitely recommend.

Wow! Thank you so much for your kind words Derek. It's so humbling to work for someone who appreciates that water is the ultimate mistress and there is only a 100% solution, despite any trials and tribulations to get there.
We hope the pond now returns pleasure to you and we look forward to welcoming you into the Turtle family for future care.
Turtle productions helped transform our garden
Turtle productions helped transform our garden with a beautiful wildlife pond with waterfall and filtration. The team were such a delight to work with and were very professional, friendly and helpful. They kept us informed all the way through the project. They ensured the garden was cleared and it was left tidy. We had to have a mini digger and as a result of our narrow entrance to the garden they did have to move the gate frame and part of a rockery. This was put back exactly as it was before the work commenced.
We did have an issue with the waterfall leaking after they left. Once the team were contacted they acted immediately. They came back and was able to establish the reason, then made the required adjustments. We have not had any issues since. There will always be teething problems in a project like this, but the fact the team came immediately shows how committed they are to their customers.
We definitely can recommend Turtle Productions and we would like to say a big thank you to Andy, Mark and Tim for an excellent job.

Many thanks for your kind words Maggie. It's always a pleasure to work for a customer who understands and recognises the process of our work - working with water is always difficult and we are really pleased you love our creation.
Thanks Turtle - you made pond building feel easy!
Mark and his team at Turtle did a great job on our natural swimming pond. in early conversations he was helpful in demystifying what can seem rather intimidating challenges in construction and getting getting the biology right. Lining the pond and planting was done efficiently and in a timely manner. One of the best features has been after sales support in sorting out teething problems. Our pond is a beautiful addition to the garden and we are really pleased we found Turtle to help with the construction.

Many thanks for your kind words. This project has been an absolute pleasure, working both with the clients but also their builder who constructed, then completed works after our lining. We returned to plant, problem solve and look forward to seeing how this pond flourishes as it matures.
An excellent job
An excellent job. Thank you
The pond was in a neglected state chocked with weed and overgrown lilies.
This was all cleared and the liner scrubbed clean. Overhanging bushes/ trees were cut back? Pump restored to working order, wildlife returned and water treated
