Customer service

The quick response when there was a issue and how quickly they helped me fix the problem was amazing. So nice to have a company that actually takes care of their business immediately. Customer service is top notch.

I have been using the Wellness Company…

I have been using the Wellness Company for a few years now. Recently I had an issue with an order and the customer service was excellent! They responded quickly, were empathetic and corrected the matter the same day. This is how it should work! I will continue to use them and recommend to everyone I know!

I have a problem with these doctors(if…

I have a problem with these doctors(if that is what they are) prescribing a kit with multiple prescriptions in them. First of all you are promoting the person who has no medical background(for the most part)to be their own doctor. What happens if a person reads the material on each drug and they take a pill. Next they don’t think it helped so they take another and they overdose. They may be taking other things that could interfere with the prescribed drug and have a severe interaction or an allergic reaction. These doctors don’t know the patients and are offering a “fix” for all the people that order the kits. In addition what if someone orders a kit and the need never arises to use the pills then they have wasted a lot of money and the shelf life could have run out.
I think this is a money maker and anyone promoting this should be ashamed of themselves. This is not practicing good medicine.

I am thrilled to be a customer of TWC

I am thrilled to be a customer of TWC. Having access to the supplements and medications I need gives me the ability to take an active role in managing my own health.

Whenever I've had a question, TWC has responded promptly, and I've always been able to speak with a knowledgeable, friendly representative. It's refreshing to receive such attentive customer service.

I also experienced a shipping delay, but the exceptional customer service far outweighed the inconvenience. These products are clearly in high demand for a reason, and the quality of both the products and the support has earned my trust.

Thank you for your outstanding service! I look forward to being a repeat customer for years to come.

My experience was great

My experience was great. I have bought several products from this company before. Personalized service and CARING about the customer. I trust Dr Mccullough and commend his stance on finding answers
regarding health related issues whether from vax injuries or general autoimmune issues. Impressive staff and competent doctors, thank you

Don't order from this company!

Don't order from this company!
TWC has an ongoing ad they air on tv. They advertise a med kit that contains the most common medications needed that one would often need to sit in either an ER or urgent care office to be seen to obtain the medication. It would benefit my family to already have these medications on hand and skip the grueling waiting rooms. My husband and I purchased the kit in April 2026. The money was immediately deducted from my account, and soon I received an additional form to provide allergy and other information required in order to have the pharmacy fill my order. Fast forward a month: we hadn't received our order, I was told that the company was inundated with orders and needed to open additional pharmacies to keep up with demand. Fast forward 2 MONTHS: I called asking for an update. STILL PENDING. This customer service department is awful. When you call, you WILL NOT get immediate answers. All they do is take notes and forward to another department and wait for a response. Immediately my husband and I realized we made a huge mistake ordering from this company. Multiple calls later, I was still told by the same agent that I was not permitted to speak with her supervisor or someone in charge because all they can do is take notes and THEY bring it to the required department. Mind you, the $299 was already taken from our account 2 MONTHS prior. I have detailed e-mails documenting this egregious lack of follow through. Even when asking for a refund as it was clear I was never going to receive my order, I get the following response:

While I understand that this is not the immediate resolution you were hoping for, I want to assure you that your case remains under active review.

I have documented your concerns regarding the length of the delay and your request for a prompt resolution. I am continuing to monitor your case closely and will follow up with the team on your behalf.

As soon as I receive a decision regarding your cancellation and refund request, I will contact you immediately with an update. I sincerely appreciate your patience while this review is ongoing and apologize again for the inconvenience this situation has caused."

Although kind, this agent and two others provided me with the same response every time I reached out, with zero progress on how to resolve. It was so bad that my husband was sure this company was not who they say they were and cancelled our credit card. After two long months this company did refund the money, which I was surprised. This company has a lot of work to do to improve customer service and processing. Two months and still no product is super BAD business. I recommend that anyone that considers purchasing this kit realizes that 1) your payment will be taken immediately, but you may not get your order for months (if ever). and 2) if you request a refund and/or to speak with a supervisor, you will not be permitted to and you will be told that they are unable to allow that.

I saw their ad on TV for the First Aid Medical Kit

I saw their ad on TV for the Medical Emergency Kit and was interested. The next time the ad came on, I decided to purchase it. What I didn't realize was that the second ad was not for the Medical Emergency Kit; it was for a First Aid Emergency Kit. I thought it was the same ad I had seen before; I was unaware the were advertising two different products on 2 different ads. When I got the email telling me they had received my request, I immediately called and said I did not want the First Aid Kit; I wanted the Medical Emergency Kit. I was told that my order hadn't been completed yet, and she thought the order could be changed and that she would call me the next day. This was on May 7. I received no call, not the next day and not ever. I assumed they either had changed my order to what I wanted or would just forget the order completely. I did not hear anything again... until I got an email on JULY 6 saying my order was completed and on the way. They had already charged my credit card on May 7. Unfortunately, they sent the First Aid Kit. I called and said that they sent the wrong kit and was told that in MAY, my request to get the Medical Emer. Kit had been denied. I said that I found it hard to believe that I was ignored for 2 months, was never advised that my request was denied, and they purposely sent me what I did not want, completely ignoring our communication of 2 MONTHS AGO! I was told someone would call me back today. The same woman called today and said the wrong kit was on the way and that was all I was going to get. I cannot even imagine a company would have such an attitude to a customer. Knowing full well that I didn't want what they were sending, they just sent it anyway 2 MONTHS later. I refused it today; they will get it back and they still have my $299.00. I find it hard to believe that any company that has any respect for its customers would be so arrogant and uncaring about us. TWO MONTHS after they ignored my request, they decided to virtually say, "To heck with her."; we've got her money and she'll get it whether she wants it or not.

My CA 27.29 lab results in March were 43 H.
I started using Ivermectin Mebendazole compound from March through June.
My June lab results showed that my CA 27.29 level was >9.0 u/ml.
This stuff is amazing!

customer service

i was trying to fill out the med. form and nothing was working ,so i canceled my order thinking i would try again at a different time.the i got an email telling me i would get a credit instead of getting my money back.i then emailed them bad and asked why i was not getting my payment back it was not my fault that the website was not working. the person that got back to me was professional and very caring she helped me get everything straiten out ,and my money was returned . when i am ready to try weight loss again i will be using this company i give them 5 stars

It is convenient to have customer servicemen line to communicate my concern regarding the price and discount questions of the 15% I received from a discount coupon that didn't have a one time only use. I was charged automatically for a refill and didn't have the opportunity to enter the discount coupon so I had to pay full price even though I signed up for membership the same day it was shipped. I was hoping for a refund on the 15% as a member.

I was unable to change the frequency of…

I was unable to change the frequency of a subscription supplement online. I called to see if this could be done. The Wellness Company representative listened, changed the frequency of the subscription, and worked in the solution reaching out to IT as to why I couldn't do this on-line.
