I specifically wanted a tool that could delete all tweets/X posts in a certain date range. They explicitly say on their FAQ that you can definitely delete tweets from "specific years or date ranges". That's false... you can only delete tweets "older than X weeks/months/years".
Waste of $99 getting the lifetime version.

I need my money back
This service is advertised as being “per day”. I entered my debit card information, thinking I was about to be charged $1, they charged me $83!!!!!!!!! Reading about how they usually refuse a refund rlly angers me as this service is VERY BLATANTLY exploiting the fact that it’s advertising, and pricing points are not clear enough for the average user. I had NO IDEA how much I was going to be charged, it was never placed right in front of me until after it already went through. Good thing I noticed before I even tried to use the service. I saw THAT pop up on my bank account and immediately canceled the subscription and reached out. If I get my refund back, I will erase this review. However I feel incredibly inconvenienced, what if someone didn’t have gas money because they thought they were gonna pay .22 cents to remove some old tweets next thing they know all their bank account is wiped out?
