Forgive me but paying CELTA qualified teachers 4Euro per 30 min is insulting and inappropriate. So join only if you fancy being underpaid :D

Too weeks to get a job with them, told in online meeting to do all i could to help students with tech issues, the site has a lot. First week was at the end of the month and it took over a week to get my wages, they blamed it on wise but in the highering process they said they paid direct into your bank, then it is through wise and you have to get a wise account. Students booked lessons but then would disapear from the schedule without notice. Try to get tech support no reply or it comes days latter. Two students had tech issues so i tried to finish the lesson on zoom and do my best to help to get a notice 4 days later was told i was kicked off for upset the relationship with their students. The students were so happy i had tried to fix the problem and as before no tech support in site. This company is a joke and not worth working for. (Hope they will change and give new teachers a chance and not just kick them out)

Following my application, I was invited for an automated video interview, which I completed. A few weeks later, I received another email saying the process had since changed and I'd have to do a more traditional online interview with an actual person. At the end of the interview, I was told I'd get an answer within a week, which I never did. After inquiring about it I got a response email from the interviewer offering me a job. She asked me to wait ''a week or two'' so they could fill the platform with new clients. After a month, I inquired about it again and within a few days, she replied saying that unfortunately, I had been unsuccessful. She did not elaborate on the reason, particularly given that she had offered me a job. To this day no one has given me a reason and they have ignored every request to file this as a formal complaint.
