Appalling customer service! Disgusting company who feels it’s right to target expecting mothers then letting them down by SCAMMING them!
Spent 40 off pound on a baby carrier which was ordered 3 months ago, yet no sign??
Attempted contact but clearly no one’s bothered enough to respond, disgusted!!!
Typical of a company that isn’t well known. Simply a scam! Please stay away and stick with something else- ie: momcozy etc

Still not replying 4months later. Worst customer services I have experienced.

Awful service! Placed an order end of June and no product. Asked for multiple refunds and still nothing.
Now the website is currently unavailable.

SCAM I ordered a baby carrier 04/07/2025. I requested a refund 17/07/2025 when it didn’t arrive. Still waiting for the refund. Website has disappeared. Only gave 1star as couldn’t give less 🤬

Ordered an item over a month ago, never arrived; never even recieved a confirmation email but the full amount was taken from my account.

I then had to chase for over a week for an update before someone eventually told me the item was out of stock and they could either send in 2 weeks or give me an immediate refund. I decided on the imediate refund because I was getting dodgy company vibes.

Well here I am over 3 weeks later still chasing for that'immediate' refund - honestly would not trust this company, they have the worst customer service and quite clearly don't like to give people their money back!

I ordered this product 26/05/2025 and it has still not arrived. The tracking information disappeared through the link on my email, so I went through the website. It stated that it had been delivered on 14/06/2025 which was not true. Not wanting to give up on this, I contacted them through their WhatsApp number. Yesterday I finally had a message saying the product was out of stock but would be back in stock in a couple of weeks. The next message asked for my name and email address “to ensure your order will be prioritise” which of course I have not given. This is a scam.

Ordered 2 weeks ago and received no tracking. Used inshop app as suggested online but this has vanished. Luckily i used klarna so report the item missing for a refund ! Scam..

I placed an order and have had no response since. No shipping email, no response to my emails to customer service. Even tried the whatsapp nothing.
Shocking customer service, how are you supposed to speak to someone???
£45 gone. Do not waste your money and order from them.

Items never arrived! Does anyone know how to get a refund?

Ordered a carrier two weeks ago, recieved confirmation with an order number but no delivery tracking.

Tried contacting on multiple platforms (email, WhatsApp, social media) and received no response. WhatsApp messages won’t even deliver.

Terrible carrier. Paid on a take 3. Nearly £40. Money going to a Ouali Mohammed??? Strange. I could have got a carrier much cheaper on Amazon.

Please avoid ordering from this website! It says next day shipping if order before 2 PM - guess what - shipped on 5th day. Coming from China. It has arrived too late for my holiday so i even didn`t opened the package as i do not need this product anymore. Tried to return - sent an email requesting return labels, no response. Sent multiple reminders via email and WhatsApp - no reaction. My original first return email was sent 10 days ago!
So now i am ending up with unwanted product and lost of £35.00. What a joke

I sent email and what's app msg for a return but no response and there website does not exist anymore.
This is a total scam. Can't get my money back. The product itself comes from Hing Kong and looks like a cheap knock-off. What a waste if money and time...

Shocking. Received completely different product to what was advertised on website. Then no one is replying via email or whatsapp. It’s definitely a scam. Do not buy from here. Instagram advertising got me good.
