The bikes are terrible Chinese bikes would not recommend if you use for delivery problems nearly every other week… then they charge you to pick up there own bike it don’t make sense and I received the bike with the worst wiring kept giving me problems turning off when riding then engineer had to change the wiring and I had to pay for that twist and scoot wouldn’t never use them there’s plenty more places which offer bikes which are better quality.

Don't use this company shoddy all the way through had accident got full payout for bike plus 800 I payed and still wants more off me in reply to your reply legally binding the agreement isn't even right as you sent me wrong agreement to sign ie a rental agreement not a rent to buy

A reply funny how I was given 2 settlement offers all diffrent prices plus it came in a non road worthy state with no rear tyre hugger wich is a mot fail and to be told its ok you have 3 years before mot the fact you only gave me a rental agreement not the original rent to buy agreement which means after I payed you 3000 you could just take the bike you received one thousand four hundred and fifty pound I believe plus 800 in dd payments plus the 99 otr costs and then had the cheek to charge me 500 for collection of a broken bike that you could of scrapped for another 50 quid oh not to mention the shoe business you guys have set up that you tried closing that has now been postponed 😉

I am really happy with my bike it's perfect couldn't ask for better, the staff r friendly n really helping made everything easy apply and even the delivery driver was helpful n polite thank you

A week a go I got my Lexmoto Engima Red 125cc Scooter from Twist and Scoot and I just love it.

From the first point of contact the Team at Twist and Scoot have been so friendly, welcoming, efficient and polite. Everything was explained very well to me through out the process and a less that one week turn around.

All paperwork was easy to understand and if I had any questions these were answered immediately. The Bike had it's first service and runs very well.
