Many thanks to Paul & Izaac at the Salisbury Churchfields branch. Came in without an appointment and they managed to squeeze me in even though they were super busy. Great service and great prices all round. Will only be using the Churchfield brand for my car needs going forward. Thanks a lot from Shane

I have booked an appointment on the 27th of May for 4 brand new tyres for my I20. Very good price. The process was smooth, the staff very knowledgeable and friendly.

What can I say, professional, friendly but most of all TRUSTWORTHY. I've used them for years and highly recommend them. To find a garage you can trust is priceless.

If you need a mobile Tyre service, look no further. Tyreland's service is second to none. Pleasant tyre technician, courteous and friendly. Also, the price was a lot cheaper (for the same brand tyre) than other tyre companies. Can't recommend these guys enough.

I went to change my back tyres and this guys where amazing. They were nice, communicable, and also did a 4 point check for free and explained all the issues with Professionalism and attention to details. This make me think that there are still people and companies able to offer a superb service.

Used to be excellent but seem to have changed staff and the guy you deal with at the counter is a blatant con man who talks people in to getting things they don’t really need. Unless you are mechanically switched on he will have you over good and proper.please avoid for the sake of your bank balance

The Southampton branch is excellent. I visited the branch and asked them to check my wheels and balance, and even though I didn’t have an appointment and they were busy they did so straight away. And while my car was fine and didn’t need work, they wouldn’t charge anything. I have always found them helpful and courteous. Thank you.

Disorganised, dangerous entrance, refused to balance wheels and service after booking an appointment on more than one occasion. Lazy, overpriced, aggressive, rude. I would shut them down completely,

Southampton branch. Superb service , care taken to check valves and found an issue before removing old tyres, care taken with my wheels and were unmarked and pressures set perfectly.

Used for several of my vehicles.

Reliable, trustworthy, competent, polite and incredibly helpful. Having had a couple of experiences being a woman with not the strongest mechanical knowledge it’s a relief to be in the reliable hands of Tyreland Salisbury, I would use them over and over again. Purchased MOT along with wheel alignment check through Groupon.
First impression wasn’t welcoming.
I Left car with them. 1.5 hrs later I was informed that the car had failed the MOT due to a needed New arm fitted and it costs about £175. They had no time to repair it same day. I told them I’ll call them later , in less than 1 hour I called and booked for repair next day at 5 pm. I took the car to garage next day considering the bad weather. Less than 20 minutes got a call asking it has not been repaired ? I booked for repair no it’s retest booked and they close in 10 minutes while I was at least 20-30 minutes away. Got the car and booked for Monday REPAIR! Took car to garage after about 40-50 minutes later got a call they couldn’t find wheel lock key, I asked them if you needed why you didn’t ask me while I was there? 20-30 minutes walk back with stress I was 100% sure that it was in car because of too much pressure and stress I couldn’t find the key either took car to see if it is home or not. My partner find it in the car. It was repaired and MOT retested. Find wheel alignment needed, I asked it’s included in MOT price, they said just the test not repair !!!

What a complete waste of time !!!
Unpleasant experience will never return again and I’m deff not recommending 37 City Industrial Estate, Southern Rd, Southampton SO15 1HG to anyone

Used these guys before and were great. Simon at the Charminster branch is exceptional 👌 professional, polite, and willing to go the extra mile

If I could give no stars I would… went in for wheel alignment. Gave me a print out of the out of alignment tyres, then a print out once said alignment had been done. Driving that evening the ESP on my car keeps activating then deactivating constantly, causing the car the skid at the rear. Went back and the guy admitted he hadn’t reset the car. Following day car was still pulling, went to Christchurch tyres who checked alignment, and IRONICALLY the alignment was out EXACTLY the same as it was before tyreland apparently aligned the car, not the mention it had low tyre pressure in 3 tyres therefore should never have been aligned until the tyre pressure was rectified.
They are clearly significantly understaffed, however not an excuse to leave someone’s car in a dangerous state.

I won’t mention the branch or names but I acted on behalf of someone who had a major issue with service standards at Tyreland. She returned to the branch and was met with an almost aggressive response so I called and emailed customer service and was contacted by the area manager. The service we received was above and beyond anything I would have expected, AMAZING, no raised voices, no arguments and no problems. Many other companies could learn a lesson from Tyreland. Thanks for your help.

It wasn’t welcoming dirty and told it will take one and half hour to fix a puncture came back after 2 hours my car hasn’t been touched knowing that I was picking my kids up from school no even an apology but said I’m short of stuff I am disabled and shouldn’t be treated that way I wouldn’t give it a star if I could never go there again .

Brilliant team down there in ashley cross Poole. Customer service excellent

What i like the most is you don’t feel you are being ripped off . In other tyre places they try it on and try and fleece you. Here they don’t
