Have just come back from Tyreland christchurch and recieved some of the best customer service I have had in along time, really went the extra mile as they could have so easily just taken my money for what I thought was the issue with the aircon and then gone from there, Instead they explained to me other options it could be found the fault with the Aircon and fixed it no dramas no fuss and excellent communication throughout, can't thank them enough

Great service from Tyreland Parkstone and especially the manager Nick Cobb. Nick went above and beyond to help me, not only with his service but with his compassionate manner when I was in a difficult situation. It's good to know there are people and companies still able to offer a great service with old fashioned values. Will definitely keep using them.

Just took a tyre to Tyreland Charminster Road, Bournemouth for a puncture repair. Left car with them. They called me to say nail in tread was too close to the edge for their patches - which may or may not have been true, but I went with it. They offered me another Goodyear same as the others on the car for £85. I agreed for them to go ahead. When I went to collect the car they made a song and dance about the good price they had done for me. When I got home I looked on line at Blackcircles and found the same tyre, fitted for £64, albeit I would have had to wait 3 days for delivery ...

I have a fleet of vehicles and i needed 10 tyres for 5 vehicles Speaking to the local manager Dan from Tyre land Parkstone POOLE He booked me in over two days and tyres were fitted efficiently .Great service in comparison to ATS up the road .
The service was 10 out of 10 Great job Dan and his team
I normally go to Bathwick down the road when i received the same great service ,but Daniel Shutler has left the site

The last business i got done with Tyreland was when they replaced 3 tyres on my Mazda. A few days after fitting, i heard a strange knocking noise from the car, and on investigation, found that my front right that they replaced had no less than 3 nuts loose, out of the 5, and i was near to having a serious accident, especially with most of my driving being on the M50. I wrote a letter of complaint to both the registered Directors at a Glasnevin business address, and copied Keith Duffy also....no response from either, followed up with another letter.....still no response....dreadful attitude.....THANKS BUDDIES !!

Rubbish company. Have been left stranded after having an appointment to fit 4 new tyres by their mobile service. Rang me this morning to say they cannot do it for a few days. Flat tyre, no spares, off the road. Useless shower of .............

Excellent help at Tyreland, West Quay, Southampton. Car suddenly showed a warning light, went in and they plugged it in and told me the fault, and to take it to main dealer. I was worried due to Coronavirus alerts. They met me at the door, waited for me to vacate my vehicle, then using full ppe checked my vehicle and then antibacced it again before I got in. 5 stars to Andy, and also to the mechanic whose Name I didn’t get. A true 5 star experience.

€40 to fix a puncture..! Dearest f#@*ing puncture repair in Europe.. . NEVER will récommend to any one.

Bad service, is an understatement for what I received at tyreland in Tooting. Went in to get 2 tyres changed. Took the guy almost 30minutes to change one tyre. Mind you he was on the chubby side, but even still one tyre 30minutes??
The guy serving me looked like he was in a bad mood. Not the friendliest person to meet to be honest.
He seemed to be more busy talking to his colleagues then actually change my tyre.
Anyways long story short I had a gut feeling his work lacked quality. So I asked him what tyre pressure did he filled the tyres at. He said 32, after I left the garage I went to check the pressure at a petrol station. The right tyre was set at 38psi and the left at 34psi.
I don’t think it’s very ethical to sabotage a customer’s tyre for no reason at all.
My advice, stay well clear of these crooks.

I can not recommend the Tyreland on Charminster Rd. My husband took my car in & was told that my car needed 3 new tyres. However when I took it in a few days later they said I needed 2 new tyres. Their total bill was £10 more than Kwik-Fit who are meant to be more expensive. This was for the same make & size of tyres. There were no discounts from Kwik-Fit. I’m sad to say that Tyreland do not appear to be trustworthy. I won’t be using them again.

I had a nail in my tyre went to ATS & Nationwide first but they were too busy to help and I felt I was a nuisance. Tyreland In Parkstone, Poole, Dorset. could not have been nicer or more helpful, did the repair straight away. They get my business every time now

Needed 4 New tyres and had heard good things about Tyreland. I emailed asking for a quote and within a few hours not only had they given me a good price, they had them transferred to the store closest to me. I popped down the next morning and within an hour had them fitted. Really happy with the service.

The tyre land in Christchurch is fantastic they are so helpful and professional to talk to. I needed a new tyre they did not have in stock on the sat so they said they can get it for the Monday 0800. i got there early and they were there straight in sorted excellent customer service excellent product if you want the best then these guys are the right guys to give it thank you

Tyreland Glasnevin:
From start to finish the service was excellant. I needed a new tyre and also the tracking reset on the front axle of my jeep.

Alan in glasnevin has excellant customer service skills, very hard to find these days and his technical knowledge is up there!

From the moment I made the initial call to the time I was driving home Alan dealt with everything and best of all I wasn't offered a service or told I needed new brakes like a lot of places who try to add on extras. Very impressed with the service and I will definitely be returning. I'll be recommending Tyreland Glasnevin to friends and family.

I have done the Wheels Alignment to my car in Swords spent more than 40 to 50 minutes there, paid €50 fees . Spent my time and waste my money!!!

After 3 to 4 weeks I felt that there is something wrong.. First I didn't received any "Form" on the top of my receipt to show the prove of the way was done the Wheels Alignment and then after few weeks the left front tyre was worn more at the inside, in that moment I was sure that there is something wrong ... So I have decided to go to a different place and check the Wheels Alignment again just to convince myself as I felt from my point of view that the guys who done that was not really professionals.. And at my surprise or not, I find out at the other Shop that was "NOTHING DONE" to my car or probably just a bad service from Tyreland.
I had to pay again in different shop for the full Wheels Alignment !!..

Really not happy with Tyreland services and very disappointed..... "NEVER BACK AGAIN"
