Purchased a ty-1100dd-1

Purchased a ty-1100dd-1 and was given advice and help when discussing my requirements. They were all very helpful. Quick delivery by their own driver as i didn’t live too far away, the driver was very helpful and helped me get the machine into my front door.
Would strongly recommend this company.

Absolutely fantastic can not fault…

Absolutely fantastic can not fault james who came he was a dream he helped get my machine into the house and helped take out the other machine for return. He took a picture to prove delivery gave me the receipt and told me any problems to ring up fantastic great customer service would definitely recommend

Excellent service

Excellent service, ready to listen the customer needs, honest and reliable advice, affordable price, great deals for quality of product and delivery
Today Raj was so kind and understanding, It was so nice to see Paul again and have a nice talk as I am a customer from 2010 all my machines are from Tysew I highly recommend them.

10/10 service

10/10 service. Such a great machine, already threaded up upon delivery ready to go. Shout out to James the delivery driver, carried the machine up 3 flights of stairs. Such a nice guy. Couldn’t recommend more highly!

Got delivered my industrial Juki…

Got delivered my industrial Juki machine from Tysew and it looks perfect. I hope it works well. So far, I’m impressed with the smooth delivery which came on time and very helpful delivering it to the doorstep. Thank you Tysew!
