Bad experience
I requested for "express" shipping.
I was told by Richard Moir it would be sent through TNT. Royal mail is not what I was promised but they didn't seem to care. The order took 13 days to dispatch. You guys need to get your facts straight and give your customers feedback if there's any delay and not the other way around. I'm totally disgusted with this situation.
This will be my last time buying from you again.
