Great company

Great experience using this company I have bought two of their models and intend to buy more in the next few months.
I had to contact the customer service due to my fault, and they were quick to respond with a solution

Built plate jammed while printing

During a recent print run, my printer failed to print, the built plate was jammed with the motor humming away. I contacted Anycubic support and received a quick response, along with a set of troubleshooting instructions. After providing them with a video showing the issue, they confirmed that a replacement part is being dispatched. Well pleased!

Helpful support and quick part replacement

Despite a time difference delay, the support I received was great and the problem was diagnosed quickly. A replacement part was sent and helpful videos showed how to replace it.with clear instructions. Happy with level of service received

I had to contact Anycubic customer…

I had to contact Anycubic customer service as I had broken the wires on two fans. Customer service asked me for details of my machine and which fan, and sent me two replacement fans foc. I couldn't ask for a better service.

Great product and service !

I have been using an anycubic photon mono 4 ultra for a few months with no issues and it ran beautifully. When. I did have a screen issue, the tech team replaced it as quickly as they could. Great service and great printer!

Always happy to help

There after care of customers is really good. Had two issues with my 3d printer after I purchased six months ago. Both times they worked with me to solve the issues and fast replacement of parts.

I would recommend this company just for the customer service alone. You don't get that with other 3D print firms who take your money and run.

Highly recommend.

I own a 5s pro and wow what a printer!

I own a 5s pro and wow what a printer!. The support team (especially Nelson) has been brilliant and helped me resolve my ongoing issue. The 12k prints are coming out fast and flawless with no layer lines and perfectly smooth. I will continue to buy their products as the quality and build is top.

Customer service is top of the line

Customer service is top of the line, sorted my problem out so quickly, also, I bought a kobra 3 and I'm a novice, but it just worked right out of the box, I've printed my own designs and other people's, without a problem yet.

Exceptional Service

I don't think I have ever had such excellent service anywhere else. The Agents, especially Mark, have always been friendly, knowledgeable, patient and never condescending in any way, shape or form. I always feel confident trying to fit a replacement part because the videos sent to follow are well made and come in written form too. Great work, guys.

Good experience overall

I've bought a lot of Anycubic products over the years and haven't had too many problems (M5s, I'm looking at you). I do really like their stuff and when I had to contact the support team for an issue with my newest printer, they responded really quickly and got the replacement parts sent out quickly. Overall, I am very happy wit the service.

I thought I had a problem

I had a problem, that was entirely my fault, using one of there printers. They have spent a lot of time working through potential solutions till we identified what I was doing wrong.
