I have used anycubic for years the reason why is because of the fantastic build quality of the printers they release. There have been times where I have had to repair my printers and the anycubic aftercare team have always been there to help me. They respond very fast to any queries I have and help anyway they can. It’s always a pleasure to chat to Jaylen at anycubic and he definitely has the know the knowledge to help with any issues from experience not like some company’s where they just read from a screen. I always say that you judge a brand by its aftercare and anycubic get 10 out of 10 in my opinion.

I am a noob to 3d printing and was given the Kobra 3 combo as a christmas gift. Setting it up was very easy and used the ACE Pro to feed the fillament. It printed the benchy in less than an hour and it looked great, it can do it quicker but i need more experience in using the machine. On the second print the ACE Pro failed. In my understanding these things happen from time to time but the support team are very understanding and have arranged for repair parts to be sent out without quibbleing, so many thanks for that. Just to add i have been using the printer with just the single fillament feed and it performs great with the default settings and i'm sure the more i learn the better it will get.

My Anycubic Kobra 2 plus started ripping up the heated bed. I asked for help and the response was quick. If I had followed the instructions given I might have solved the problem sooner.
The speed of reply was impressive and thorough.

OK, I have been 3d printing for a while, I recently purchased the M7 Pro. I purchased the fast resin and put it to the test, wow. The speed is amazing. The models printed had high detail. It doesn't miss a beat. So far I've had no failures, I can't say that about my other printers. Again it's early days. Would like the fast resin to be around £20 ish price for a kg. If you search you may be lucky to find it around the £23 mark. That aside it's printing four times quicker than my others, so energy saving. If you want miniatures and mid sized models purchase this. It truly blew me away, in built heater and the option to self fill from a kg bottle. The air filter came as well. Well done Anycubic I'm sure you will win awards with this beast of a printer. 10/10

The purchasing of the Kobra 2 Neo was hastle free. It was well packaged, went together easy.
I was printing a Benchy in about an hour. It's my first printer.
I had an issue with the prints not sticking to the bed but a quick check with a thermometer showed that I needed to raise the bed temp to 65 degrees on the display to get a bed temp of 60. Since then, no issues with print adhision.
I have an issue with a noisy fan, a quick email and within 2 days a new fan is on its way to me, really quick support.
Over all very good service.
