Uk Bowlift 

I was gutted to read these reviews just after I spent £100. They are a total scam. What were described as decorative books are just a printed empty cardboard box. I am reporting to trading srandards. Shocking.

Beware! Didn’t work, stopped replying to my email on these two bracelets which cost £160.00 sent lots of emails with no reply asking for refund.

I ordered a remote control excavator (adult toy) all steel hydraulic controls and metal tracks. What I received was an all plastic toy suitable for age 6. I have tried to contact them but there is no response. This company cannot be trusted

Don’t trust these people! They said attempts were made to deliver to my house but CCTV proves them liars. Anyway I gave detailed instructions regarding my safe place. I ordered glasses because they advertised them as German but their communications prove they are in fact cheap Chinese rip offs. Why not order from them and prove what a fool you can be!!!

The item was nothing like that shown on their web pages really cheap rubbish

Then if you want to return it you apparently have to ship it back to Spain - its obviously a ploy to put you off returning an item

They advertised a realistic robotic puppy that was meant to mimic a real dog. What I received was a deformed unrealistic puppy without a chin. It was a cheap replica of a toy you'd get from a looky looky man in Spain. I paid £35 and it was in a sale I contacted them and have been emailing back and forth for over a week. Showed them screenshots of the item I ordered and photos of what I received. They kept stalling. Then they changed the photo on their page to the deformed puppy. After telling me to pay £20 to £80 to return it. Which is £80 in the end. So they want me to pay it. Which I refuse to do so. They emailed me thanking me for sending it back. And I had refused. Which I still do. I am told I have a case against them. I'm in the middle of a chargeback with my bank. Bowlift offered me 17% back and the rest on a gift card 🤦‍♀️ I want it all back. I'm going to Trading Standards with this.

I ordered a Wall Mounted Aberdeen Angus Cow Head sculpture the website has multiple images of a lovely 24 inch x 20 inch wicker head with horns.

What was delivered was small 5 inches by 4 inches solid plastic blob, a 2 year old in kindergarten could make a more convincing attempt.

They offered a full refund and weeks later they are trying to palm me off with a gift card, ignoring the daily requests to provide the refund which they offered in the first communication.

Having requested the full refund on 10 occasions in the last 10 days, they are now ghosting me and no longer replying to my emails.

THIS SITE IS A TOTAL SCAM

I returned a pair of boots as I wanted to exchange for a bigger size and was told to return original pair to a ‘Gran Canaria’ address. My tracking proof of postage says they ‘couldn’t deliver as there’s no one at this address!’ After paying £15 to send it back!! Should not be trading! Disgraceful

An update on the below review. On the 7th February and after multiple emails, I have received a 50% refund on my purchase. They agreed to do this if i amended my review.I don't wish to jeopardise any future customers chances of getting a refund and so, I have done as I promised. Although my particular issue is resolved and I have at least received half my money back; I would still struggle to buy anything further from this Company unless their review score improved dramatically.

46 DAYS TO DELIVER A PRESENT ORDERED IN NOVEMBER AS A XMAS GIFT. IT ARRIVED ON JANUARY THE 13TH. AFTER SALES SERVICE IS NON EXISTANT. THEY EITHER DONT REPLY TO EMAILS OR JUST RE-ITERATE THE SAME RUBBISH OVER AND OVER AGAIN. RETURNS ARE EITHER SPAIN OR CANADA, BUT THEY WON'T CONFIRM WHICH ONE. I HAVE DECIDED TO KEEP THE GOODS THAT I D'ONT WANT AS I AM CERTAIN THAT I WOULD NOT GET A REFUND. LESSON LEARN'T. PITY I COULDN'T GIVE ZERO STARS AS EVEN THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN TOO GENEROUS.

DO NOT BUY from this company, it’s an absolute scam and unfortunately I got roped into it.

Bought a present for my partner, an orrery, and the website showed 90 day returns, in depth description… but what came was completely different to what it showed in the pictures! It said it was handmade - it’s made of cheap plastic! It doesn’t even have all the planets!

They only gave 10% back which meant I only got £5 back out of £50..

The worst part of all is when I went back on the website 2 weeks later, the pictures have changed. They added the true pictures of the item I received (which weren’t there when I was buying it!), but still kept some of the false looking pictures of the product. The description also changed AND when I was buying it, it showed the original price was around £110 but now they increased it to £210!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCUM OF A COMPANY

Such a crap company not only did I order something for my mum it was for her birthday this company is a shame dont bother glass stained birds LIES its plastic and the birds are painted absolutely crap!!! I then told them im happy to send item back for refund and now ive been totally ignored DONT NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Absolute ripoff. I purchased a hard drive that was faulty when I ask for a refund , they said can either get 10% back , plus a. 50%. voucher of next purchase or I would have to pay the shipping cost of the item back to Canada!The shipping would be more costly than the item. How do they get away with this ? Absolutely fuming!!

Absolute rip off please dont order from this company. I ordered a handbag thought had treat myself out some xmas money I got . Paid £28 described as black leather. Waited 3 wks for it to arrive . I never seen anything like it I could of got better from temu for £3 its never seen leather. Nothing like the photos online . I was so disappointed so looked for returns label there wasn't one so emailed the company asking the returns procedure. There isnt one apparently. So am stuck with the handbag which I could not possibly use or be seen with its revolting. Plus lost £28 . AWARE DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF !! Like me .terrible con should be illegal what annoys me more how can they advertise on facebook? Thats were I found out about them so assumed they was legit

Ordered a watch, then found could have got the same £30 cheaper on different site, still waiting for extra links.

UK BUYERS AVOID USING THIS SITE . brought a wireless cctv camera on the site which was on sale at half price. Received the camera which is just a CHEAP TEMU JUNK COPY ALSO CCTV CAME WITH THE WRONG INSTRUCTIONS SO CANT EVEN USE IT. BEEN CHASING IT UP BUT HAVENT HEARD ANYTHING. AS U CANT USE THE CCTV WILL BE ASKING FOR A REFUND.

They have held my money for 5 weeks before finally sending a refund notification for receipt in 10 days. They have apparently spent the time 'escalating' the finding of my lost parcel. Not a good experience, no confidence in either parcel turning up nor refund being given over a 5 week period. Lots of long emails saying nothing apart from 'thank you for your understanding' .

Ordered Christmas present with express delivery, it came after Christmas!!! Customer service so bad they don't care at all

Very dishonest company. No clear shipping and return policy. May lure you in with heavy discounts ( if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is!)

Goods took 7 days to arrive UK from overseas and didn’t match description and came very loosely packed

When raising the a refund they first suggested a voucher and then claimed it’s only 14 days despite website clearly suggests 30 days risk free

Absolute scam. I ordered a stained glass bird ornament and got a small plastic cheap item. Do not buy from this company!
