Uk Bowlift 

Ordered a jacket, wrong colour arrive taking three weeks from China. The returns address is in Canada they would not cover the return cost and would not refund until the product arrived in Canada. I think it will cost more to return than it is worth. It going in the bin. Do not use this company it a big rip off

never order from this site the dog arrived after a good few weeks of waiting, I would never give this toy to a child. The UK really needs to look at what comes into this country it would never pass standards.
No point in asking for a refund all emails get returned !

They said the item would arrive in 3-5 working days. 2 weeks later nothing. Followed up twice and got a ridiculously smarmy AI response promising the earth. I asked to cancel the order as the message the AI message said it hadn’t been shipped and I found it in a local shop instead. Then got a response from a human saying we won’t cancel and you can return it. Nothing about covering p&p. Very unhappy with this service.

Awful product, ridiculously slow delivery and unhelpful customer service. The product description is misleading as is the origin of the product. Cheap Chinese rubbish sold at a premium price. Do not buy from these people.

Ordered a £45 wine decanter, arrived with damaged box and quality is appalling. Complained via AI. Was offered £4.50 reduction, declined and still waiting to hear back. Had I realised it was based on China, would not have touched it. Absolute scam and rip off.

Can only reiterate previous comments huge scam products are not as advertised & customer service is none existing.
Wish Id have checked on trust pilot first.

Complete rip off. Just don’t go there. Product ordered nothing like described on website. Cheap tat. Something at a fun fair would be better quality than from this company. 0/10 !!!

No stars .Wreath ordered for Christmas in November arrived 18th Dec,
Quality of product very poor , and expected the size to be a lot bigger. Photos on website do not look anything like the one sent.
Didn’t realise this wasn’t a UK company until received tracking .China .
Returns back to Canada.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have not received the correct support from thus company and they have not appropriately addressed my concerns over their services including the timescale for shipping and refunds for products not arriving in a reasonable timeframe.

The company is a scam.

They missold the products, advertised night vision goggles and sent binoculars.
Refusing to allow return and refund.

We have provided photo evidence of issue and still not resolved.

Yep.....is a scam. Purchased stained glass birds which were a printed plastic sheet. Also saw the product being sold on Amazon for £6 when I purchased from this site for £30 (apparently down from £120). The product is cheap chinese wholesale rubbish. Product is nothing like as described.

The hair trimmer I bought arrived two weeks late, it worked for five minutes and then stopped despite being fully charged up. I complied with their requests for photographs and a video of the unit not working. Initially you are only connected to AI, not a human Amelia or a Jennifer. They played for time and kept apologising by offering a “free” replacement, but, after 15 emails, they finally agreed to refund me the money, now in my bank account. Fortunately I paid using PayPal.
I will not be shopping with them again.

Do not buy from this website. Absolute scammers. Poor quality items that you wouldn’t even find in the pound store. Charge an absolute fortune for rubbish!!!

This is a total scam DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. Goods ordered delivered 3 weeks later and not anything like the products ordered. They came from China! the returns address is in Canada and their returns policy cost 20-80 euros! Total waste of time and stressful encounter!

This website is a scam. Do not use. I ordered a wood engraving tool and it is the cheapest rubbish product. Avoid at all costs.

I wish I’d read the previous reviews here before placing my order. The whole sight is a scam!! I bought 3 small mouse figures and what eventually arrived after 3 weeks was nothing short of shameful! Trashy, shoddy cheap merchandise worth virtually nothing.

Refunds are never going to happen as they want huge postage and customs fees to return the unwanted product. DON’T BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!! PLEASE!

My delivery was very late and the packaging all damaged so I could no longer give as a present to my son.
When I asked for a refund as it was damaged, they said I would have to pay international postage which would exceed to value of the product.
They said it could cost upto $80 !!!

How I wish I had thought to check out this company before buying a pair of heated gloves for my wife who has arthritis in her hands. I started to have doubts when the tracking information was coming from China. They eventually arrived but were not as described and didn’t look anything like the pictures on the product page. No problem, I thought, they advertise “hassle free returns”…what a joke. They want me to return the gloves to Canada at a postage cost close to what I paid for the gloves! Thank goodness I paid via PayPal which will be my next port of call. Don’t go anywhere near these scammers.
