This is some kind of joke.
Not only did I not receive my entire order the first time, but now they sending me crap!!!
Broken, and not secured at all.
I will never buy anything from you again.
My opinion on your shop is less than zero.

This is a scam company. They do not sell any genuine products. They send cheap fakes then offer you a voucher as a refund. When you use the voucher they will send more fakes then they will claim that you cant have a refund because their terms and conditions dont allow it. This is highly illegal. They need to be shut down.

Please don't use this company. They are truly awful. They hadn't even shipped my item after a week. They we went backwards & forwards where they first told me it had dispatched,then it hadn't so they would refund,then back to it had been dispatched and they wouldn't refund. An absolute joke and the worst company I've dealt with... probably ever.

This company is 100% scammers , it’s shit company, they are thefts very very cheap items,I brought puppy for my daughter she is 5 years old, she did not like it at all it cost £38 , on Sunday market cost less £5 .
They want my to pay for the return to Canada which it can cost £20 - £80
They must be crazy
In fact I will take legal action against this shit company , I think we should all take legal action, we must stop this bad people

As with all these reviews this company is a total SCAM which apparently Action Fraud are aware of. I was sent the wrong order twice and what they did send was cheap rubbish. They have refused to refund my money and offered me a percentage off my next order with them!!!
They consistently asked for photographic evidence which achieved nothing until in the end I felt like a performing monkey for their requests! Until reading these reviews it had not occurred to me I was liaising with AI but of course I am!
I did look them up on Trustpilot initially but only glimpsed at it when I saw the +4 rating which is clearly fraudulent and I did not see this rating review below it. A lesson learnt to be more thorough with my research before proceeding.
I CANNOT UNDERSTAND WHY THESE RIP OFF MERCHANTS HAVE NOT BEEN REMOVED WHEN ACTION FRAUD ARE APPARENTLY FULLY AWARE OF THEM. WHAT IS THE POINT OF THEM IF THEY DO NOTHING TO PROTECT THE PUBLIC!

I ordered what I thought was a high precision drafting and engineering ruler. I didn’t do the due diligence. Firstly it is shipped from China. But far worse is the product. I paid £50 … the quality is worse than a broken Christmas cracker toy. I’ve been ripped off. I feel like a complete idiot

Waited 3 weeks, not a UK company, started getting tracking msgs in Chinese. Happy enough to wait but item arrived broken, if it ever worked at all. Meant to be a light up, "breathing" sound koala bear which I thought might sooth my mum with dementia in a care home. Received a piece of very small, cheaply made tat with cheap plastic mechanism that doesn't work at all, tried loads of new batteries but know its a rotten scam. Karma to whoever is behind this company, you utter shites

Terrible product, advertised as handmade- the only handmade aspect was 4 poorly drilled holes in a plastic bowl made to look ceramic, took ages to arrive - from china it turns out, massively overpriced for cheap product, very disappointed as I deliberately avoided Amazon to support what I thought was a local business. AVOID!!!!!

Con! They’re misleading customers with their web address as they’re NOT in the UK and don’t inform customers at checkout either (no delivery time). They refuse to cancel orders that haven’t been shipped. They send a link to review them right after you’ve ordered, which also goes to the non-UK trust pilot on their website (therefore falsely inflating positive reviews), and if you select 1 star it doesn’t appear to activate via TrustPilot and you aren’t able to write anything either, but given ‘sorry’ as a discount code for next purchase. AVOID. Items arrived SEVERAL WEEKS later and were CHEAP COUNTERFEITS - BowLift uses genuine Brand photos and sends knock-offs. It is FRAUD. Claim your money back 100% refund via your Bank’s credit card disputes team. Don’t accept the 30-50% refund BowLift offer to keep the rubbish they sent you. Please also report fraud via what was Action Fraud (now Report Fraud) in the UK to help prevent BowLift conning more people out of money. Claim your refund via your bank and take action to stop this dodgy company’s cash flow.

Do not , repeat do not use this company for anything, nothing more than a total scam , please avoid at all times , scam .scam.scam

Avoid this company!!!!! All the negative previous reviews by others are spot on. The gift takes ages to arrive and its a pile of dog you know what. No help over emails you just get messed about further. Waited ages for this christmas present out, really really disappointing!!!

i ordered a product which i saw on this site then cancelled 4 minutes after ordering but they still sent it from canada to England.
I refused the order from uk delivery company evri and then it was delivered again and left on my doorstep
AI support offered me 10% of item cost as a refund as delivery would cost $20-$80 but i insisted on full refund

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY BUT BUY FROM TEMU FOR A FRACTION OF THE PRICE

This company is nothing more than a scam, sending product inferior to what is advertised. Their return policy is rigged to make people want to accept a voucher for future product instead of a refund. AVOID! Do not be tempted by pretty pictures and prices. You will be ripped off!

Huge scam - do not waste your money. Fake advertising. Bought two AI puppies - about as much AI as a banana. they makes squeaks instead of barks. they are tiny, the are completely not soft or cuddly.
when I complained they offered 1% refund or 50% gift card or to send back for refund at a cost of 80.00 - more than the ridiculous puppies were

AVOID !! My item went missing, i was promised a refund , then they withdrew the promise!! WITHDREW IT. they sent multiple emails fobbing me off, just utter nonsense - lies and more lies. AVOID - DO NOT SHOP HERE. DISGUSTING

What a scam. The products this company sells bear no similarity to the images they use to market the products. Do not buy from them.
