I had decided that Clover was my preferred new retail POS and card payment handler, after looking at all market options and I have 20 yrs exp in running shops. Seems good value for both processing fees and the hardware. It was a smooth and easy application process, helped enormously by a great sales personnel, namely Alfie Banks who immediately responded and answered all my questions on several occasions, and explained every nuance to me, and it was clear he really knows the product, which can be a rare thing in sales these days. An attractive starter offer to get things going and speedy delivery, so my new equipment arrived within a few weeks of me deciding to go with Clover. I opted for the Mini device for my second shop.

I'm a new business and Adam contacted me about a card system. Do you the nature of the business I did need one however with being so new I couldn't afford alot. I joined under a deal and Adam has been great. There's been a few hiccups but he kept me updated at all stages and sorted my concerns or issues promptly. I am yet to used the system as I need to set it up but as far as customer service I have no complaints!

Setting up our Clover device proved to be quite involved, as can be expected with any financial tools. However, the whole process was made perfectly straightforward with the able and willing assistance of Danny Mistretta. Now we are up and running, we are are very pleased we chose to go with Clover.
