Signed up to Euro-millions using an app on my iPad and paid a subscription for 8 draws. Of course, I didn’t notice that until too late. After spending ages searching around the app for a way to cancel the subscription (of course, frequently asked questions doesn’t cover cancelling a sub, only trying to get you to gamble more), I finally found what I thought was a link to sign into my account, only to find I’ve got my password wrong. Have requested a link to set up a new password 3 times and a hour later, am still waiting. I wouldn’t care so much except that when I signed up, I received several emails immediately, so not sure what’s happening but I’m very unimpressed by the app and it’s usability.

I deposited £1000 two months ago. Immediate my account was suspended pending verification.

I asked for account closure and return of my deposit.

Having sent my bank details as requested and 24 emails asking for my refund, no reply.

Online chat have "escalated" to compliance department on 4 separate occasions but still nobody has responded to my emails.

On your website i can only withdraw a maximum of £5!! I have had to make numerous withdrawal requests for £5 each.

I never win playing on the app. I win when I go in the store’s and buy my tickets. I think it’s best to buy your tickets in the store.

Thought I’d signed up for euromillions but jackpot . Com popped up for me to click enter. They have taken my money but there is no record of chosen euromillions tickets just an invitation to enter. What should I do Paid up but no tickets!

Had several withdrawals with no issues then last withdrawal took nearly a week despite being fully verified, customer service is absolutely shocking with repetitive emails saying the same thing with no helpful replies. Have now restricted my account for nighttime gambling to be told someone would contact me to discuss and surprise surprise no one has, I have a withdrawable balance which I can't access due to the restriction ( basically classed as theft as it's rightfully my money) gambling commission website states no casino should be withholding any withdrawalble funds. I've told them I'm comfortable and sent them messages on messenger and emails only to carry on being ignored and still no access to my money

Very very bad company , authoritised lots of withdrawals before then asked for identification so I supplied everything I have to still see this is not being processed ! Since February I have been waiting so now court action will be supplied to them . STRONGLY ADVISE TO AVOID !

I've had a nice win today and have requested a withdrawal so hope it goes through smoothly and quickly as I've just seen on here a few people complaining about not getting their withdrawals or it taking a long time. I will give it the benefit of the doubt though and I've put 4 stars for now and will give 5 stars and update my review once my withdrawals been processed within said time frame with no issues.

I won £900 and requested a withdrawal and it's past 3 days and still nothing in my account. Live chat are bots and copy and paste templates with useless information.WORST SITE EVERY STAY AWAY

This app is a scam. In order for you to collect your winnings which you will never see you will need to provide an ID along with your proof of address or bank statement to prove your identity. Why they didn’t ask for these proof when they were withdrawing my money? Here is a fun fact when you try to withdraw your winnings your withdrawal will be rejected. The creator of this app needs to be in prison

Powerball numbers I successfully selected were NOT subsequently checked-off on my account! Only 2 numbers, which would not have achieved a payout...however, VERY CONCERNING when we are trusting this site...and this is the only thing they have to do!!
