Useless Machine

Useless machine.

My wife bought a robotic mower (Yuka mini) a few weeks ago in the hope that it would save us time. After hours of installation trying both automatic and manual maps and using all sorts of different connections, we have given up and it is sitting there like the worthless pile of junk that it is. It has never once completed a mowing cycle and always either stops mid cycle, goes off the lawn, and is completely unable to return to it's charging station.

Avoid like the plague.

Excellent and prompt help with good knowledge

At first the customer service people weren’t as knowledgable as the advisor
I finally got. He identified the part that I needed to replace on my Mammotion Luba 2 AWD 5000 x. He also clarified that I could replace this part myself without sending off for repair and without impacting the warranty. I was surprised with how easy it was once Vance V became involved.

Mammotion support do help.

I contacted the customer support and was helped immediately by Chamude who solved my problem. I have always been very pleased with the support including having a motor on my Luba replaced under warranty.

The product is great

The product is great, customer service even better.

I've had my Luba 2 AWD for 4 months, it's been flawless, works so well. Just leave it do do it's thing and my lawns look like Wimbledon.

Excellent customer service & a great product

I am really impressed with the Customer Service. I had a slight issue when I ordered my Luba 3 AWD and they responded very quickly to resolve my issue. My mower arrived much quicker than I expected and it works great. I could not be happier.

Just awful

Just awful, Luba 2 AWD mower worked briefly, then starting having problems. Mammotion have spent 3 months+ sending me repetitive requests to try things. The problem is you deal with a different person every time, and end up doing the same thing again and again, with no resolution offerwed. Avoid like the plague.

Great human support

Only knocked a point off due to the chat bot as they are in my experience useless! However the same can't be said about the actual staff who are very efficient and timely. Always good to know there are good people in support would certainly help me to decide to use mammotion again should I need to purchase another mower.

Great support and great service

Great Support and Great Service. I am sure the online reply was a bot, but it was helpful and easy to follow. Once we got the point that we knew the part was defective, the process was seemless and fast. An example of how a business should be

Superb customer service. Happy customer!

Had an issue with charging station but was quickly looked after by the support team. After a bit of analysing the problem a replacement base is being shipped to me (FOC). The Mammotion agent I was in contact with was very knowledgeable, efficient, prompt & courteous. Happy customer!

From the outset, UK Mammotion have been beyond helpful. Communication from their customer service team has been excellent throughout the whole process. Quick responses, clear information, and a genuinely supportive team. Superb service.

Product not delivered

UPDATE - full refund has been issued

Product not delivered, customer service unable to provide tracking number or confirm when it would be delivered. Tried to cancel the order but apparently not possible, V difficult to deal with - would recommend a UK based company

Use the chat bot for problem solving.

I described the nature of the problem on the App chatbot- the mower was not charging. The chat bot asked me a few questions and reported that the transformer unit was faulty. It automatically ordered the correct unit and it appeared in the post about ten days later. I plugged it in, it worked, problem solved.
Fantastic!
