Joke of a company, you’ll be waiting weeks for your order…

Have been waiting three weeks now for my order that was supposed to be delivered in 3-5 days from ordering. I emailed after a week and received a generic response saying there were delays to delivery due to something about their warehouse. Honestly a joke, especially after paying extra for delivery. Order from LookFantastic or CultBeauty instead, Spake NK is a joke and their customer service abysmal, never using them again.

10/10 customer service (as always)

I had an issue with a product that I had bought 6months previously but only recently opened. I was clearly well outwith my return window and as such when enquiring I wasn’t expecting much especially after a poor discussion with a different beauty retailer recently. David helped me and couldn’t be more helpful. He believed me and then credited my Ndulge account with the full amount. This is more than I was expecting and having such a genuinely simple interaction was a joy. Thank you! SpaceNK retains its title as best beauty retailer!!

Over a month delay in dispatching orders and you are still taking orders

I made a order for my holiday only to find out today i wont be getting it, they are one month at least behind with dispatching goods , states on a generic email , they arent answering any calls , text , live chat and whatsap all down.
No answers , waisted my money on stuff i could have got elsewhere for my holiday. I will think twice now before using this web site again. There could have been a warning at least the company was in trouble.

Customer service terrible…

I ordered two particular hand creams and they sent the wrong ones so I sent them back and ordered two more of the correct ones, then I get a message saying they’ll refund just one as the other had been used( which it hadn’t!, just smelled!) they sent me an E-gift voucher for £10 and a refund for the other £10 but trying to order something using the number I was given several times I got nowhere, trying to contact them is near impossible!.
All I want to do is spend the voucher !!!!

Premium Price, Budget Service

I paid for a yearly next-day delivery service, which I’ve barely used as Sephora always cheaper, but needed this time to send a gift for a friend’s daughter to arrive today.

The website still clearly states that if you order before 7pm, it will be shipped the same day for next-day delivery. I ordered at 4pm based on that.

The order still hasn’t been shipped. After a 15 minute wait customer service told me they’ve stopped next-day delivery due to warehouse issues, but there’s nothing on the website saying this has changed or that yearly pass customers are no longer guaranteed next-day delivery. It’s still actively advertised.

It may not even be shipped today! So what exactly did I pay for?

There was no warning or notification, just misleading information still live on the site. The gift won’t arrive on time, and may not even arrive tomorrow.

Honestly, it’s beyond poor and misleading. I wouldn’t rely on it if you actually need something delivered when they say it will be.

Can I please be refunded for the next day delivery you don’t actually do?

I had a problem at checkout

I had a problem at checkout , my welcome discount disappeared at point of checkout without me realising. I emailed Space NK and the problem was sorted immediately with the welcome discount refunded back to me . Excellent customer service

Avoid like the plague

Been waiting for 6 weeks for my girlfriends order. Been fobbed off with the same excuse every single week.

Won’t even offer me a refund after I have purchased something else to replace the present from an actual reputable company.

Space NK’s emails are saying they will still process my order despite being 6 weeks late even though I’ve told them it isn’t needed anymore so it will simply be sent back.

Avoid this joke of a company

Appalling service

Appalling service. Delivery times not met. Emails are just templates. WhatsApp and chat functions disabled. Phone not answered.Requests for a refund ignored. DO NOT USE THIS SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY.

I placed order on the first of june…

I pkaced order on the first of june online for pickup from store to trinity leeds branch as i was scheduled to go with my friends on 6th june.It sai 3-5 working days.Its 10th june now.My order isnt evem processed yet.Keep gettong apology messages.I want a return but have used a 10 pound gift voucher.All they keep saying is sorry we have delay inw warehpuse.May orders are processed now. I dont kmow when june orders will be processed.Its not even dispatched yet.No order tracking yet.Been 10 days.Highly disappointed as I am a regular customer

Disappointing service

Ordered on 22 May and the website advertised a 2-5 working day delivery timescale. It's been over 2 weeks now and still no confirmation of when it'll be dispatched.

I've emailed their customer service and they started off quite polite and apologetic, but eventually stopped responding entirely. Phone number and online chat don't work apparently and they've now updated their estimated delivery timeline on the website to 7-10 working days, which is still less time than what we've been waiting.

Sad to say it's among one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in a while and gift didn't arrive in time for wife's birthday. Will not even consider ordering from this company again in the future given the complete lack of transparency. Still waiting and considering raising a charge back with my bank if there are no responses (which seems to be what they've been ordered to do). Poorly run

Very disappointing experience from a company I’ve been a loyal customer of for years.

I placed an order on 20 May, expecting it to arrive well in advance of my birthday. Nearly two weeks later, my order had still not been dispatched and communication throughout was extremely poor.

The most frustrating part wasn’t necessarily the delay itself. I understand that operational issues can happen. It was the lack of transparency and communication. Customers continued placing orders and spending money without being clearly informed of the significant warehouse delays affecting fulfilment.

Attempts to obtain updates through customer service channels were frustrating, with little meaningful information provided. In the end, I received a refund without any direct communication explaining what had happened.

To their credit, Space NK did eventually send an email acknowledging the warehouse issues, but this came far too late for many customers who had already been left waiting for weeks.

As a long-standing customer, this was disappointing. Had I known about the delays when placing my order, I would have purchased elsewhere. Sadly, I did exactly that after receiving my refund.

I hope Space NK can resolve these issues and rebuild customer trust, but based on this experience I would be hesitant to order again.

I placed an order for a birthday gift more than three weeks ago and it still hasn’t been delivered… Contacted customer service received an automated email saying can’t cancel the order… Phone line not answering. Still don’t know if I will ever receive the item. Abysmal customer service.

Order placed in May outstanding with very little update

Ordered online on 15th May, same as many others. Order is still not dispatched and their email replies basically say they have no idea when these orders will be dispatched. If you can't fulfil orders, you shouldn't be letting people place them. I have now asked that my order be cancelled so that I can make the purchase from another outlet. I will want a full refund including the cost of the delivery. Ironic that they charge you for delivery and then don't offer a refund of that when they have massively gone over their own advised delivery times. Will never order from this shambolic online outlet again.
