3 weeks and no despatch or refund
I have a pass I pay for with space nk which gives unlimited free next day deliveries. I ordered an item on May 15th for next day delivery. I received a notification it would instead be on standard delivery or 3-5 working days. It's now June 4th and it's still not been despatched. I no longer need the item, but Space NK can neither despatch or refund and despite a lot of back and forth with customer service I don't think I'll see the item or a refund - it's just a stock response of "we're doing our best to despatch/ warehouse upgrades"
The item is in stock and available to order and I'm still getting constant marketing emails from them.

If I could give a 0 I would! I ordered the Victoria Beckham foundation which isn’t cheap at all and I was treating myself to for an event. Never arrived. Kept getting automatic emails saying there are major system issues in their warehouse and they will send by early next week. Early next week came and no dispatch. I’ve looked at all other retailers and Victoria Beckham direct and this product is out of stock until at least 30th June therefor I suspect this firm is taking payments for items not in stock in the hope that you don’t push for a refund. They have refused to refund me until I’ve fully gone berserk and logged a resolved complaint and told them I am disputing the transaction via my credit card company. This should not be allowed to happen. I still have no refund but today finally was told they will try to refund me so we will see. Absolutely shocking shoddy company I will NEVER use again.
How are they still able to take orders and money ?
This is my second order in the last 2 months . The first order took about 10 days but I thought it was a one off. I stupidly put in a second order on May16th , still waiting and you get get computer generated emails saying they are working on it and you can’t cancel or get a refund as your order is being processed!!!! Never again ! Poor communication and really poor delivery if it ever comes.
Have three orders that haven’t arrived…
Have three orders that haven’t arrived and no further response from customer service. Placed one order on the 22nd May (seems to be a theme with orders placed on this date from reading the reviews) and next day delivery wasn’t available due to a warehouse upgrade - slightly annoying but fine. Automated customer service email advised that orders are delayed and would be dispatched towards the end of last week/early this week but I still haven’t heard anything and my emails have been ignored. It should have been clearer upon checkout the impact of this warehouse upgrade so customers are well informed of delays should they wish to continue to place orders. I then went on to place another order on the 29th May as I saw that next day delivery had been reinstated and I still don’t have my order. I also placed an order yesterday for next day delivery but who knows when that’ll arrive. I did place that one after the cut off so should expect a dispatch email this evening but I’m not hopeful.
Worst experience I’ve had with SpaceNK. Would recommend others go into store if you can.

Niamh knows her stuff
Niamh knows her stuff! She has helped me a couple of times, and is always spot on. She listens to me, actually hears what I'm saying and provides products that help my skin. I have had rosacea for nearly 2 years and using the range Niamh recommended, it's nearly gone in a matter of weeks, no medical intervention required. Her colour matching skills are also second to none, I wait until she's free now to get help with make up colours. Thank you Niamh, and Space NK Lisburn Road for making life that little bit more pleasant.

Ordered on 22 May. Part of order shipped but zero update on rest of order. I’ve been trying to call them this morning but have been on hold for half an hour and I don’t think I will get through this side of Christmas. No option to live chat. Some bullshit about warehouse issues on website. Will absolutely not use again.
Furious
Ordered a birthday gift in plenty of time, given their promised 3-5 day delivery. Six days on and order hasn't even been processed. Generic email from customer service blaming warehouse issues, which reading the reviews they were obviously well aware of at the time I placed my order but nothing on website warning customers of this or in the follow up confirmation email. Wish I had read reviews here first, I'm furious and will never use this company again.
