Order not dispatched after 5 days
Placed an order and 5 days later it still hasn’t been dispatched, despite the website stating delivery within 5 days. I didn’t receive any order confirmation or payment confirmation email after paying – the order is only visible in my account. Customer service only provided a generic response about warehouse delays without giving any estimated dispatch date. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend ordering from them.
Don’t order online
The shops are fine but the current issues with receiving orders online are unacceptable.
I have ordered something as a gift and it is clear that there is an issue affecting distribution. I have asked whether it will be sent out in time so that I can make alternative arrangements with f necessary and have had the same standard response several times.
And apparently you won’t issue refunds. I beg to differ. If I raise a dispute with my bank, you will indeed be refunding my money.

I recently contacted Space NK customer services regarding an order issue and was assisted by Claire, who was incredibly helpful throughout.
Our phone call became disconnected, and Claire very kindly took the time to call me back, which I really appreciated. With many companies, you often have to start the whole process again, so it was refreshing to receive such thoughtful and proactive customer service.
Claire listened carefully, helped resolve the issue promptly, and arranged for a replacement order to be sent after I received the wrong items. She also very kindly advised that I could keep the incorrect order, which was a lovely gesture.

13th May I ordered a gift card for a friend's birthday - which was on 30th May and I still haven't received it. After zero information provided proactively I contacted SpaceNK for an update and got a generic reply, twice. A few days later I tried again and got nothing back. I called but couldn't wait as long as it was going to take. I just got a text from Royal Mail saying my order will arrive tomorrow (6th June) and an email from Space NK at 3am saying the item has been dispatched, though on the website my order still says 'awaiting dispatch'. How can their stated issue with their warehouse system affect sending a gift card?!! I thought Space NK was a business with class and style ... I don't think that now. Obviously totally missed my friend's birthday.

A store assistant input my delivery address incorrectly so I never received my order. Customer services are un contactable by phone, I have spent hours on hold. Customer services send generic, unrelated responses when contacted by email. I have no idea if I will ever receive either my parcel or my money back.
Items missing from my order…
I ordered for £204 to receive a £300 gift box full of items. When the delivery came, I was shocked how small my box was so started recording opening the package. Not only the £300 box didn’t arrive, they have also missed full priced item from my order. I am not a happy bunny but have the video proof. Where are the missing items Space NK? Your customer service is nonexistent so you might as well stop pretending you have one. Have disputed this transaction through my bank. Shocking!
Parcel not delivered
Placed an order the 17th of May and till this day I have not received it. I keep getting these AI generated emails that there is an issue with the delivery and that they will ship my order ASAP. Will never order from them again, that's for sure.
Payment Taken Immediately, Order Still Not Dispatched Weeks Later
I have been a Space NK customer for years and have always received excellent service, which makes this experience even more disappointing.
I placed an order on 13 May 2026 and payment was taken immediately. Weeks later, my order had still not been dispatched. Despite multiple contacts with customer services, I received only generic responses referring to warehouse delays and system upgrades, with no estimated dispatch date provided.
The most frustrating aspect was being told that my order could not initially be cancelled, despite it apparently still being stuck in processing. It was only after further correspondence that a cancellation request was submitted on my behalf, although even then there was no guarantee it could be cancelled.
To be fair, customer service representatives were polite throughout, and Space NK has now acknowledged publicly that warehouse system changes have caused significant delays. However, taking customers’ money and then leaving them waiting for weeks without a clear delivery date is not the level of service I would expect from a premium retailer.
I hope Space NK resolves these issues quickly, but based on my recent experience I would be cautious about placing an order until normal service has resumed.
Not bad company
Items generally come well packaged. My only complaints with these guys is 1. Their delivery takes forever and I never see an option for next day or have it bumped up..
2. Their customer service I found is slow
3. The points system doesn't work very well.

Once again Space NK have failed to deliver in line with their promised timescales. Standard dismissive email responses, no option to cancel, hit and miss email comms. Shocking company contrary to their shiny image. They appear from a quick google search to be sitting on at least 3 weeks income without dispatching any products…. Looks like the behaviour of a company about to go under, be very wary about giving them your money. Meanwhile I have 2 very disappointed birthday girls.

Trust me…Do Not Place an Order!!!!
Placed an order a few days ago, and got “express shipping with a commitment to deliver within 2 business days” flash up on the screen so I said to myself “although I’ve spent €300 on here, I’ll spend another €9 to get my products faster”. Day 3 comes and my order has not even been dispatched so I contact SpaceNK and like so many others (whhhhhy did I not read reviews beforehand?!) I get the same automated AI generated response. There are a few things happening here, some of which I’m not even sure are legally allowed!!!!…1) they are advertising expensive express shipping when they know full well they cannot deliver on that commitment 2) they only provide customers with this automated story about “system updates leading to delays” after the order is placed and the customer has already paid, 3) they will not allow the order to be cancelled even though NOTHING has progressed on their end and 4) because customers can’t cancel the order they cannot get a refund. If customers are made aware up front about the processing delays they could make an informed decision about whether to place an order or not. Now, because of SpaceNKs complete lack of transparency, they have locked in many thousands £s from unknowing customers who they’ve essentially hoodwinked. I’ve sent a connection request to their CEO via LinkedIn as I genuinely believe he needs to step in here and sort this out asap. SpaceNK is not a cheap retailer. I imagine most orders run into the hundreds and THIS is the way they’re treating their customers. Horrendous!!!
3 weeks and no despatch or refund
I have a pass I pay for with space nk which gives unlimited free next day deliveries. I ordered an item on May 15th for next day delivery. I received a notification it would instead be on standard delivery or 3-5 working days. It's now June 4th and it's still not been despatched. I no longer need the item, but Space NK can neither despatch or refund and despite a lot of back and forth with customer service I don't think I'll see the item or a refund - it's just a stock response of "we're doing our best to despatch/ warehouse upgrades"
The item is in stock and available to order and I'm still getting constant marketing emails from them.
