Poor communication
My payment wasn't processed by you until I tried to obtain more information about the delivery date, and that was after 3 days from the payment date, in this 3 days nobody try to get an answer from me so I didn't know about the situation. After my information request, the error was solved and the order was delivered to me in 24h, so that's why I will keep ordering 😊
