Fantastic service from Uke Universe.
A delivery issue ( carrier problem ) was dealt with so efficiently. A replacement Uke was sent tracked and I was kept up to date via text and calls. So very polite and helpful staff, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, first class service. Thanks guys,I wish you all the best.

This is a small shop for Ukuleles. The communication with the owner was very helpful and nice.
Due to Covid-19 and the Brexit, there has been some chaos at the beginning of the year. Therefore the delivery times are not representable.

Brilliant service, even though a mistake was made, they owned up to it which I appreciate very much, it was sorted out promptly. The ukulele was a gift for my daughter at Christmas it's just beautiful, plays lovely, great quality! Very very pleased.

I received a phone call to confirm the order and expected delivery time scale. Uke arrive in good time. Its a lovely little uke and I'm having good fun with it. A follow up call was received to make sure it had arrived OK.

I have only lovely things to say about my experience with Uke Universe. Their personal service was excellent. They gave me a call following my order to confirm the colour choice, which also gave me a chance to ask some more questions about my instrument choice. The Uke came on time as promised and my daughter loves it. I recommend them wholeheartedly.
