Arrived on time and a smooth ordering system highly recommended.
UK Meds has really gone down hill, sending items out without signatures. cannot contact anyone when things go wrong. Much better companies out there, don't waste your time with this one.
Meds not received. Notification from Yodel shows a photo at another residence which is not mine

I placed an order on May 22nd. No attempt has been made to deliver meds but DPD send email saying they were returning parcel to UK Meds.!!
UK meds is impossible to get hold of. Have sent three emails explaining situation but no response.
Definitely don’t use this company!!
My order no was #002568216 just in case they read this and actually do something about it.

The item I ordered was confirmed on 10th June and shipped the same day. It was received by me on the 12th June.
Been using UK Meds for a few years and always good value and easy to use with delivery when they say.
Very poor communication. You do an online consultancy and pay for meds on 10 June, then get an unlear email on 11 June "Your Subscription has been cancelled" with no explanation at all.

Order sent to address not used for past 4 years. Contacted Customer Services in an attempt to rectify but still waiting a response.
Attached letter to account stating Dr has spoken with me is false as no contact at all.
Do not recommend setting up a subscription.

UK Meds is excellent
Always quick to complete my order and keeps me updated during the process. Highly recommended A++
Strait forward and hopefully I wouldn’t have to enter all my medical details the next time I need to order
