Delivery.

Delivery.
I paid Thursday 21st ...it is now Tuesday 26th and yes it’s been a bank holiday weekend but that is your concern. I'm not happy and have had no response from UK Meds...other than it’s dispatched. Not good enough. Assuming it arrives tomorrow?? it will have been almost a week for a over £150.
I expect a response customer service here is not good enough.

From checking your account, I can see that our customer service team has already contacted you and explained why your order was dispatched on 26th May.

As advised online, all orders placed after 2:30pm on 20th May would be processed after the bank holiday Monday. Both our customer service team and pharmacy team were closed on Monday 25th May. Your order was therefore processed on 26th May and is now out for delivery today, as previously confirmed online.

Missing inhalers

UK meds kept my money and haven't dealt with the complaint i have made... I had a good experience with them a couple of years ago, but this time I ordered and paid for 3 inhalers and only received only 1.......i contacted them straight away and sent the requested information, including a picture of the inhaler packaging with the dispenser's initials who in retrospect needs to be more careful when dispensing medication .. I have emailed them around 6 times.... . Still, no response or resolution for the 2 missing inhalers.they are just ignoring me .. please be careful if ordering from them... Uk. Meds please why can't you Just send a quick response to me offering a refund or delivery of the 2 missing inhalers how hard is it????? (Update) I eventually had the 2 missing inhalers posted out to me... I suggest keep complaining untill the issue is sorted... The reply below is the one i should of received in the first place it explains everything thankyou

As part of our set procedures for missing items or dispensing errors, we do request images of the medication and packaging so the pharmacy team can investigate the matter fully.

I can see that the customer service team has responded to your emails, and the pharmacy team is currently looking into this further. They are reviewing the camera records and stock levels as part of the investigation process.

We do have procedures that must be followed when medication is reported as missing, and we will continue to keep you updated once the checks have been completed.

Appalling service - SCAM!!!

I ordered three items and paid for the fast delivery (next day). It took a week to be dispatched and they only sent one of the 3. Now they are ignoring my emails as I try to chase for resolution. Radio silence! I will continue to fight to get my money back - AVOID THIS COMPANY

Order delivered in a few days

Order delivered in a few days. Have used uk meds for a few months now and really pleased with order. Product ordered really worked for me and results as expected. Will definitely use company again.

Didn't receive the delivery. Apparently delivered to the wrong address, I reported this to the company and 3 days later they have not responded.

You had one job……

Their subscription service is not fit for purpose. Dispatched my cardiac drug the day I was due to run out but sent it to a completely wrong address. No phone. No live chat. Eventually reissued a new supply but then took five days to arrive. Left me a week with no cardiac drugs - no response to complaints. Used to be a good company but has completely fallen flat now. Avoid!!

Impossible to get a hold of yet charge you

Impossible to get a hold of, im trying to cancel a subscription and it's showing paused, and I can't touch it. Yet ive been charged and they are sending out more meds I DO NOT NEED ATM. I should be able to cancel this.

I ordered from UK MEDS for next day delivery with DPD and I am still waiting 5 days later. DPD saying they missed me on two occasions. Have email UK MEDS about this and was told to keep looking at my tracking now to see its going back to UK MEDS emailed them aging but no reply

Rubbish business that wasted my time

Rubbish business that wasted my time. Chased multiple times for my order after I had expected to be delivered and to ultimately be told they don’t have my item in stock… customer service is terrible. Can’t call them as they don’t accept calls. The Online chat facility doesn’t work on their website and they don’t respond to emails. Avoid doing business with this company.
