Safe,swift and simple


UK Meds is an online pharmacy in which I have immense faith. The consultation is comprehensive and fairly scrutinised by consultant pharmacists. Then the process between ordering and delivery is simple,swift and safe.

Cancelled my repeat subscription as…

Cancelled my repeat subscription as they refuse to dispense some of my medication after approval.
Somehow they still stole my money without dispensing me anything at all.
Scums.

UK MEDS ONLINE customer service

Very disappointed , as I recieved wrong order. I was then promised the correct one would be sent , and it wasnt. 19 emails later this is still unresolved as I then asked for a refund and all I keep getting is a stock email apologising, and saying the will look into it. I would not recommend or purchase from this site again.

Do not use them

Do not use them. They sent out of date medication, sent them photos and they took over 2 weeks to reply. I stated I wanted a refund and they said that they’d already sent a new order to the pharmacy . Already got the medication elsewhere by that point . AVOID

Shocking service and treatment

I've previously had blood pressure medication from UK Meds so thought I'd make life easier (and cheaper) by joining subscribe and save. This was 6 months ago. On 14 April my 2 x medications were confirmed by email. Great. On 15 April I got an email that my order had shipped. Great. However I only received one of the medications in this shipment. I left it a number of days and heard nothing - apart from a request to review the service I'd had!! By 20 April I'd still heard nothing so I emailed customer support. Nothing. On 21 April I contacted the live chat and was told that my outstanding medication would be chased and I would be updated. Nothing. 24 hours further (now 22 April) I chased again using the live chat. This time I was told that the 'pharmacy team has advised that the stock was due in today' and that I would be updated further. This was great news because I had 2 tablets left - something I made UK Meds aware of when I first contacted them (be assured that these are not tablets you can 'pause' taking). Horrifically a few hours later I was emailed telling me that my 'order was cancelled and refunded due to stock issues.' What on Earth?? Basically I took out a subscription to make life easier and instead UK Meds have made life extra hard and I've had to source an emergency supply of tablets at the last minute. I will be asking for my subscribe and save to be cancelled and will source meds from other suppliers going forward. If you need regular meds in a timely manner, good communications and honesty then go elsewhere. For reference order number is #002551483.

From checking your account, I can see that two orders were placed, and one of these was delayed due to a supplier issue. We contacted multiple pharmacies to try and fulfil the order, as we always aim to avoid letting our patients down.

Unfortunately, due to the supplier issue, we were unable to process the outstanding item. I understand how frustrating this must have been, especially given the importance of your medication and the short notice.

Our customer service team did provide updates via email, and the order was cancelled and refunded once it was confirmed that stock could not be secured. This situation was outside of our control, and we sincerely apologise.
