Still waiting on my package Yodel left my package on a Radom door and not placing my packing in my letter box.

Got exactly what I needed, easy to navigate around the site.
Arrived swiftly,
A lot easier and at least 50% cheaper in my case than the doctor,prescription, pharmacy route , save time hassle and money. 5 stars

Paid for order & next day…

Paid for order & next day delivery,prescription & prescribing dr shown on online account,then still showing as review over 24hrs later despite having taken money & 'next day delivery' fee if order before 2.30pm which is was.No contact available via phone or live chat

My initial review was negative because I appeared to have received the wrong medication. However UKMeds have now explained that what I received is the same as what I ordered. They have spent time to resolve the matter to my satisfaction.

Short changed

Delivery was prompt but only half what I paid for, I immediately messaged along with a photo of the box they sent but four days on and no response.
Won’t use them again 😡

Not customer driven.

The subscription on my account has been updating for over a week now. I tried to change the date, then it cancelled? So, I tried to order my medication as a one-off, but I couldn`t because I have an outstanding subscription for it!!!!
I couldn`t find an email address, or telephone number to contact them; just an online chat, which requires an order number to move forward, then it says, `will reply within 48 hours`
Not very customer driven. Please improve.
