Avoid Avoid Avoid!!! Absolutely shocking company!!! I cannot get over how bad they are, returned faulty item at my own expense after they said they would refund and now they won’t reply to emails and after reading other reviews I don’t think it’s likely I will get my money back, Iv now been trying to contact them for 2 weeks with no answer. How are they even getting away with this, looks like I’m one of a long line of people with similar issues!! By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. AVOID!! DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!!

Do not buy anything from here. Ordered an item September 2023. They say delivered. As of yet I am still to receive my item and have tried multiple of times to get contact. But no-one replies. Terrible service. Taken my money but won't give me my item.

Don’t buy from here. I returned an item on the 30th December and was told I would have my refund within a few working days. It’s March now and I’ve never received it. They are also ignoring my emails.

I ordered from the store just under 5 weeks ago as a present for Christmas. The store stated most orders would be dispatched within 1-3 days however this never occurred.

Numerous emails and 'contact us' forms were filled in (the website contact number rang through) over the weeks before Christmas with no response.

Magically, and just after the Christmas period, I received a response saying items have a 4-6 week lead in time.

Still yet to receive the order but keep in mind there will be a long wait for any products, it seems other reviews state the same.

AVOID!! They personalised a top incorrectly. Refused refund. They say they will replace but only if you send it back at your expense and it is supposed to be a Xmas present. They’re the ones that messed up the jersey!!! Phone number always engaged. Haven’t answered a tweet since 2022. SCUM company.

I had the same issue - company has cancelled my order took my money - i sent them email about what the status was no response.

Ordered twice from them. First time they cancelled my order without telling me and didn’t refund me. Second time they took my money and didn’t send the shirt. They kept saying that it’ll be dispatched next week - took them almost 6 weeks to dispatch. Shirt never arrived and was returned. Trying to claim my refunds back (first one was 4 months ago!!) and now they have stopped replying to my emails… they owe me £120!

Avoid avoid avoid! They cancelled our order and did not refund us. Then after two weeks having not received a refund I emailed them and they said that the shirt was out of stock. They did not seem to understand why I was emailing them and protested that it was not their fault the shirt was out of stock! So my question to them is why did you not refund us? Now a week after saying that we would be refunded no payment has materialized and they are not responding to my follow up email

Absolutely excellent experience! I ordered a Glasgow Warriors jacket for a gift and it arrived in 2 working days to the UK. I'm astounded by the negative reviews below as my experience was terrific. I'll definitely have no hesitation in using UK Rugby Store again. Thank you!

I placed an order and within 30min realised it was the wrong size. Tried to contact the company to make a change but only email option. Got a response next day saying it already been dispatched. Had paid for delivery and had to pay for return delivery as well. This is an awful display of service in our current day and age. Effectively cost me just under £10 in delivery and return charges. Will never use the site again as a result. Still awaiting refund 3 weeks later…..

Ordered Kids Rugby Scotland away top on 23 September and it arrived on 27 September. Really fast delivery and excellent service. Thank you.

AVOID!!! Order a top, never received it, and when I emailed them I was then told the order had been cancelled.
Website was still offering the top so it was not out of stock. Still no refund so will have to submit a ChargeBack claim with my Credit Card.
Mentioned this issue to a few friends who have also never received any good from this company and had to fight for a refund.

Rubbish service ordered a rugby shirt waited all week for it to be delivered to find out they canceled the order with no notification. Will never use again wish I read other reviews before ordering

Once I ordered my shirts, I panicked when I found out they are not UK based. Was waiting 14 days to claim money back. To my surprise, 12 days after payment, they arrived,and are absolutely fantastic !! If only they were honest and transparent at the start it would have been less stressful. The products however are first class.

Sadly they are crooks. Their business model cancels your order as soon as you’ve paid - and then they hope you forget. Have reported them to Action Fraud… I am not the first… but I sincerely hope I’m the last.

Ordered a shirt last week, had a confirmation email but then no follow up shipping email. Tried to call on number provided on their site and immediately dialled off. Email was sent but had no response. Luckily I paid through PayPal so I was able to get a refund almost instantly. AVOID!!

I placed an order online they accepted got the confirmation email and they took payment . After 5 days I went on to check status and it said cancelled on day I placed order !!!! Although I got no communication to that effect . I sent email and replied out of stock and will now process refund but will take 5 days I I checked and still showing rugby top available on-site terrible company .

Similar to the other recent reviews, I ordered two jerseys just over a month ago and the order was cancelled quickly. Despite it being a month, I still have not received a refund and they are blaming their providers. Very clearly something is wrong with this company, avoid at all costs

Update: after 6weeks I finally received a refund (after I reported to my credit card company and actionfraud). Still ridiculous company and would avoid

Ordered a shirt and after 4weeks no shirt had arrived. Then they said they would do a refund. After 3weeks no refund only for Simon to say they have a issues with the refund provider. It’s been 4 weeks now and still no refund given them my pay pal account detail and requested the money in pay pal but still no joy. This company communication skills are much to be desired and the UK numbers on the website does not work in order to call them. Do not use this company they take your money but don’t do refunds when they cancel your order?

Placed order and paid through PayPal, after 2 weeks order had not arrived so I looked at order status and it said ‘order cancelled’. No email received to say order had been cancelled and no refund. I have now emailed them twice (contact number on their website is not UK) to ask for my refund. No response.
