Nice experience with UK Rudgby Store. They delivered the item on time. Best thing I liked about them was the vast collection they have.

Tbh I wasn't expecting this quality for the price I payed. Super positive comments on both products I ordered!
It took a day longer than expected to get the order delivered, but it might be because of the weekend. To me it didn't matter, since I got it just in time for this weekend's game 🏆

Just got my Scotland shirt and it looks amazing! Ordered it on Friday and got it in 3 days. Very satisfied with the speed of delivery and overall wuality of the product. Highly recommend!

Slightly surprised to see such negative reviews, and after reading these having already ordered I was pretty worried I’d fallen for something. But no, I have received my products (two Scotland rugby shirts) as expected. Great prices, ordered on a Saturday evening and delivered on the Wednesday. Can’t complain, and I can confirm it’s legitimate - it is a side shop of UKSoccerStore which has much better reviews, and is based in Glasgow. Not a scam - but I do think they need to fix their website and make sure the correct details are shown, as it shows what seem to be generic example contact addresses etc from the web build. Other than that, I have had a great experience and would recommend them.

Terrible customer service - received wrong product and took 4 months to ultimately resolve, having to constantly chase for responses and receiving one line replies. All responsibility was put on me to reship incorrect order and demand refund - will never use again.

Do not use this store. Complete scam, they cancelled my order without informing me however I did eventually get my money back. I have reported them to Action Fraud UK. Suggest others do the same.

SCAM - do not place any orders with this ‘company’ Your money will be taken right away and you won’t receive anything. I wish I’d have read the reviews first. Lesson learned! Reported!

Well here’s a surprise (NOT) all the one star reviews are true. Placed an order, chased after a week…”Simon” said he’d look into it. Chases again a week later…oh sorry will be dispatched “this” week…well we are nearly two months down the line.

After another email chase I was asked if I wanted my order dispatched again or a refund, I said refund. I chased again to day as no refund has been made to date. This is clearly a “business” being run out of a bedsit somewhere. Please read the reviews and use a reputable business. This isn’t it!

Wish I had read previous reviews first. Avoid at all costs, they take your money knowing they have no stock of the item. I ordered 4 items in March still waiting on 2!

Avoid! Yet another bloody scammer. No goods, no money, no contact! The number that’s on the website is associated with at least 3 other companies and their pages are build in the similar way. Very well built website hence I fell for it!

After reading the reviews on this company I thought I had been scammed too. I paid my money and while they did reply every time I contacted them by email, it seemed to be excuses. Just when I had about given up on my top arriving they replied that stock had arrived and my order would be delivered soon. I waited with little hope, and then, a few days later it arrived. Excellent quality, and just what I wanted. So whilst some may have had a bad experience with this company, I did not. If it hadn't been for the delays, I would have given them 5*.

Can you please advise why you have taken my money…then cancelled my order, saying I’d be refunded. Obviously NO REFUND. SCAM SCAM SCAM disgusting company. Not sure how you can trade when you have no morals. Just wish you could put your name on your company rather than setting it on private????

Had to go through PayPal dispute in the end to get my money back. Chased an order with them for 1 month before asking them to cancel the order and refund me as it clearly wasn't going to materialise. They did neither, just stopped responding. They didn't respond to initial dispute in PayPal which gives them more time to resolve. Provided PayPal with evidence of all emails and they found in my favour within the hour. My advice would be to steer clear of a company with no integrity and shocking customer service.

Oh dear. This company has a small “uk” in front of the name, but this is a scam. Not received my order and they sent me tracking for a different area in UK, pretending it was delivered. Now I’ve been told that’s because I “quoted the wrong order number” that “Simon” quoted in my original email receipt (I quoted the correct one I was given). I only get a reply at 21.30 each time, so I guess “Simon” is sat in his bedroom scamming people. I will not engage with this fraudulent company anymore, but I have put a chargeback through my bank and gone to Trading Standards and reported the gdpr breach to the ICO.

Paid £108 for 3 tops for paddy’s day. Received nothing, no email, tracking number etc.. beginning to think I have been scammed by this company

100% a scam.
Ordered for St. Patrick's day back in February to give time for delivery. Has been 3 weeks and have heard nothing. Emailed to ask when it would be shipped and they only came back saying 'today or tomorrow'. Helpline goes to voicemail & voicemail box is full. Waste of time and money.

Company unreachable. Not received order. Don't purchase from them.
Ordered an ireland rugby short on 12th Dec and have still not received it. Cannot track order although I had an email to say it was on it was on its way. Now on 17th Jan and still not received. Tried to call the company but their mailbox is full. Emailed them and no reply. No address on website as apparently it changes!
£54.99, including postage and yet nothing to show for it.

Likely a scam. Ordered / paid / received confirmation email. No goods and no response to email. Have reclaimed money back on Amex. AVOID.
