Poor customer service
Seemed ok to start but poor communication provided a mock up stating a little low quality artwork see mockup looked at mockup. Looks ok I’d bought a glossy sign it arrives and the artwork on the sign is all Matt I was under the impression a glossy black sign ment the black would be glossy anyway send an email to express my disappointment and all I get is it told you in the mockup it said black colour may not match nothing about it not being glossy

During the proofing process, our studio team highlighted that elements of the design would be printed and may differ in appearance from the Black Gloss Acrylic material itself.

Super Numbered Sign with Arrow.
I had a problem defining just what I needed on my house number sign with a directional arrow, to place on my front garden wall. The problem was kindly resolved on the website with the use of photos and a discussion, and the sign is proudly displayed on my brick pier!

Good quality ceramic house sign
The item was very well packed and arrived in good time. I was most pleased with the quality and colouring of the ceramic plate and the printing of the house name was exactly as I asked it to be. The design I chose was clearly set out so all-in-all a very attractive house sign!
