Good choice of materials and designs
Good choice of materials and designs to choose from. Ability to customise and view design very useful. Ordering simple and good communication along the way right through to dispatch. Item packaged well and delivered quickly.
We chose slate material with a flower design and we opted for polished finish which makes the colours really bright and vibrant.
Happily recommend both seller and product. Excellent quality and service.

Clear, easy to read and quality product.
Easy to order, good descriptions to enable choice. The sign arrived very promptly, is extremely clear and looks professional. It’s exactly what I required and hopefully will make my property easy to identify. If they can’t find me now it definitely won’t be because the sign was obscure.

Disappointing Communication and Delayed Delivery
I ordered a sign on 11th April 2026 and, as of today, I still haven’t received it. During this time, I’ve had to call the company twice for updates, while the order status on their website continued to say it was still “in the studio.”
I’ve just spoken to them again and have now been told it’s finally out for delivery and should arrive by Tuesday or Wednesday next week. We’ll see.
Very disappointing that there has been no proactive communication or updates throughout the process, and that I’ve had to keep chasing for information myself.

2 pieces of acrylic for £50 with poor customer service
The product ordered was 2 house name signs. £50 for 2 pieces of 3 x 50 x 300 mm acrylic. Screen printed name with off center lettering, apparently within tolerance. Expensive for less than £10 worth of materials and a lack of eye for detail. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

The signs supplied were produced to the exact size and specification selected during the ordering process, and the live artwork preview approved prior to purchase showed the layout, spacing, and proportions of the text as it would appear on the finished product.
Following your concerns, we carefully reviewed the photos provided and confirmed that the finished signs matched the approved preview.
We also requested additional measurements/photos regarding the claim that the text was off-centre so we could investigate this further, however these were not provided.
We always aim to assist customers wherever possible and take product quality seriously, but in this case the order was manufactured in line with the approved artwork and specification chosen at checkout.
