Great service and quick delivery. The cladding was easy to work with and I’m happy with the finished look.

I had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered decking in July, but the step board was on back order. They provided continuous promised delivery dates but consistently failed to deliver. Late November, I requested a refund because I could wait no longer. My emails were ignored. When I called, I was told that the accounts department only works nights, which was confusing. However, the person who answered the phone assured me they would email the department and that I could expect my refund by the end of the week. Unsurprisingly, this did not happen. I ultimately had to contact my credit card company to initiate the refund!

I honestly hate writing and reviews but if it saves anyone going through what we have it will be worth my time.
We ordered cladding and corners on the 21st of July . The cladding arrived and it’s an excellent product. But the corners were not available. (First eyebrow raised how can I order something you don’t have ) We were told they would arrive shortly after. They never did! And still haven’t! I had no updates and I always had to chase which would take days for a reply and then was given multiple excuses before finally being told they just don’t have them in stock. So I asked for a refund for missing items. To date this has still NOT happened. Again a list of excuses . I have now had to resort to legal action to get a refund. This company has given me so much stress, I have spent hours chasing and asking for updates waiting for reply’s. I do not recommend them at all and it’s a shame because the product itself (what we did get) is great. 4 months it’s ridiculous and now you won’t refund me either.

No issues with the product however their despatch/delivery service let them down!
Paid £60 for a 4-10 business day delivery( their website states) 4 weeks later still waiting, got told it was held up at the port despite them emailing me a week ago to tell me it had now arrived in their warehouse and I would be updated within 3 days for devivery, 7 days larer I phone them to be told " ITS JUST ARRIVED IN THE WAREHOUSE"

Definitely wouldn’t recommend….don't waste your time.

Unfortunately, I do not recommend this company. I waited 70 days for the ordered composite panels. I could not complete the project, which resulted in a loss of time and money. Finally, when the panels arrived, it turned out that their quality left much to be desired. Some are scratched, others are curved like bananas. But the worst thing is that they differ in color and dimensions. After assembling the whole thing, you can see that there are differences in thickness or height of 1 mm or 2 mm, which spoils the whole effect. Never again working with this company. I definitely do not recommend.

Good quality at a reasonable price. However we missed out on free delivery as we were more than 250 miles from Warrington, which wasn’t mentioned on the web site.

Ultra decking g were recommended to me. From my first phone call I knew This company was the one for me. Professional, efficient, listening to my concerns. Great choice of decking and delivered on time for my joiner to create a fantastic area for my family to enjoy.

I first head of Ultradecking when I spoke to a friend who had used the company for some work they had done a couple of months back. I was very impressed by the stylish design and quality of the cladding so thought I’d give them a go! I noticed the opportunity to take a sample so did this and was not disappointed! The process was so easy and there was no pressure to purchase unlike some companies. I placed my order and within no time it was delivered. Very easy and very efficient. Ordered Graphite grey capped decking boards and composite joists 3 meter length 50mm from Ultra decking and arrived within 5 to 6 days which was quicker than i thought for delivery. When ordering, the team at Ultra Decking were helpful and advised me on how many boards and joists i needed. The area of decking was 7.2m by 5.8m.
The decking was to lay over the top of a old patio that looked old and needed renewing. Decided to phone Ultra decking a couple of months later to order some extra joists and boards as i wanted to extend the area of decking and again delivery was fairly quick. It was a lot easier than I thought to lay the decking and fix to the joists and feels strong and looks great.
So glad i did Composite decking as it looks fantastic with the benefit of being durable and low-maintenance, making it worth the investment if you're seeking long-term value and a decking that will look good for many years.

I would highly recommend Ultra decking.

The composite decking was very good and easy to put together.
The only issue was the screws heads were a bit too small for the clips but we got through it.
I would recommend buying.

The quality of the product is very good and we are really pleased the overall finish. Unfortunatly customer services weren't quite as good, our order took longer than expected and then some of the parts were missing and had to be chased so in the end it took about 8 weeks to complete order. However we did get there in the end and are pleased.

I replaced my ancient wooden fencing with the fencing boards and I am thrilled with the result. No more repainting every couple of years! I had decking from Ultradecking 2 years ago, and the quality was really good so I had no hesitation in buying my fencing boards from them. Both the ordering process and delivery were excellent, so one very happy customer!

Really good quality composite fencing at a very competitive price, would definitely recommend!
