I recently concluded my tenancy with Unicom property, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Throughout the entire period, they consistently provided prompt and efficient maintenance support without any delays. It's rare to find a landlord who is not only professional but also genuinely friendly and approachable.

They diligently followed every aspect of the tenancy agreement, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free living experience. Their commitment to maintaining the property and addressing any concerns promptly is truly commendable.

I want to extend my special thanks to Karl and the entire Unicom team.

The rate of response from the time the request to replace an old microwave oven to when it was replaced was simply amazing. My Thanks to Karl and Aisha of Unicom. Generally, the relationship has been really warm with Unicom and I will always recommend their service to anyone.

Coming into UK with my family last year, accommodation problem was my worst nightmare but honestly upon arrival Unicom properties changed my narrative and made getting accommodation and living in a rented apartment look so simple. I wish I can write epistle about them. Their response to any complain is as swift as you can’t imagine. Karl, Amanda and Scot you guys are the most valuable players in this business. Cheers.

They mean business. They are fast in responding to repairs.

My family moved into a Unicom property last year, and between then and now, we have experienced excellent service delivery and a comfortable accommodation. This has made me to further renew our tenancy with them for the long term. They do everything to make their property into your home the way you like it, and they are always responsive when little issues come up. When it comes to accommodation, Unicom makes life easier for immigrant students and families and I am grateful to them on behalf of my family.
