Phil came to fix the penthouse window today. He is so kind that he helped me do additional stuff like fixing the bathroom mirror and making sure the rug was in good shape. Ten stars for Phil

Phil came to fix a shelf for me today and he was amazing. I give him 5 star review cos dude made my day helping me to couple a new TV that wasn't part of his work.

Excellent service. Perfect team, smooth accommodation process and willingness to assist until process is sorted.

I think at this junction, I can recommend unicom properties to anyone that needs value for their money. They are so prompt and keep to their words. Moreover, whatever bad reviews they might had in the past I think this end (2023) justifies their means. They are impressive.

Unicome provides an excellent homely atmosphere. The most attractive thing is the timely supportive response to the tenants. Executive, neatly furnished individual rooms, spacious kitchen and beautiful living room with interiors are really gracious. I am comfort and happy with this. Had an appointment for a house viewing, arrived ten minutes early in the pouring rain to be told that the guy would be five minutes late - fine, things happen, however half an hour later still no sign after repeated calls to the letters and promises of two minutes.

Once I was so soaked that I felt water filtering through my socks i walked to get the bus, to receive a phone call that started with ''Where are you! I'm waiting for you!''.

Now, regardless of the lack of hello, apology or a shred of embarrassment, the audacity required to say that HE was waiting for ME was too much to bear. Receptionist is polite and professional, but I would still advise against using this letting agency.

Absolutely awful, staff are rude and mocking, house full of infestations and in need of repairs everywhere. Unicom team don't actually follow through with most repairs. Houses are never properly cleaned.

Another thing funny about Unicom is how they leave good reviews of themselves on Google... look out for any saying they got given anything and you can see that staff wrote that.

Absolutely awful. Been living in one of their houses for just over two years now, and we've had problems with pest control from day one. Only slugs at first, but then the rats moved in. We got someone in for it, but all they did was plug a few holes and put poison down - haven't actually addressed the nest in the overgrown garden, unless boarding over it counts at all.

Showers often just switch to cold because they feel like it, doors are often without fire safety autoclosure mechanisms and the kitchen is only big enough for two, despite this house apparently being suitable for 5 people at a time. Somehow, all this works out at almost 90 quid a week for a non-ensuite room when others are going for 77?

Don't go with these guys. You don't want to.
