Ok registrar, but they have just been bought out by GoDaddy, whom I've been trying to avoid. Their UI for DNS records doesn't support CAA records, which is a deal breaker for me. Despite this, cust... See more

Works great but I was never able to sell one domain name. These are the two reasons why I migrated my portfolio to Uniregistry: - Cheap price (lowest on the market with OVH) - A Registrar created by... See more

Uniregistry is a good service, and I never experienced any problems with it. My issue is mainly from increased renewal prices on tlds such as .io that doubled in price after the godaddy acquisition.... See more

Unreliable Service, Go Elsewhere

Can't believe they're a tech company, they're technologically incompetent. They consistently have issues like unexplained expired DNS servers and our email and website have gone down several times because of their terrible service. I know several other businesses who've had the same issues. I've tried to find out why this continues to happen and their attitude is both unapologetic and non-committal. If you can choose to register with another domain service, I highly suggest you do so.

I am very happy with Uniregistry…

I am very happy with Uniregistry compare to to other domain companies. I can say is the best so far. Great App that have been build. Very easy app to use. People need to realise and stop spending money at GoDaddy lol. I am happy with Uniregistry.

Broken customer service

Nor replying to issues: poor customer service. I have called them, emailed them countless time, but they won’t get back at you. The feedback system is broken. You get emails saying: glad we solved your issues. When you reply, “you did not” - nothing comes back. Spent 150 Euros on broker services. Waste of money. Terrible.

Reasonable prices, outstanding support

Needed manual verification with the NIC for a niche domain extension that few registrars support (including my main registrar). Got excellent help from Ryan McT. at Uniregistry, who patiently liaised between us and got the approval I needed without a hitch.

Smooth Transaction - Thank you!

I worked with Ken Kenney to broker a domain purchase and it went well. I got the domain I wanted for a fair price. The communication was quick and the effort is appreciated. Thank you!

Thoughts about Uni

Uni is probably the best of its kind in the business today. What I like most about it is its system of handling the enquiries from buyers for seller like me. The individual broker assigned by Uni for possible quick sale, and the rotation system of its brokers are good. Though I still have not sold s domain yet, I am hopeful that it will happen in the near future.
Thanks Uni,

DO NOT do business with this company…

DO NOT do business with this company under any circumstances. I got an email lying that I had a "pleasant experience with our Customer Support team". Was this an attempt to gaslight me into leaving a good review? Didn't work.

Uniregistery sold out to the most despicable registrar on the planet (see antigodaddy.com) forcing us to find someone else to host our domain names. There is nothing (literally nothing) good to say about them.
