Ok registrar, but they have just been bought out by GoDaddy, whom I've been trying to avoid. Their UI for DNS records doesn't support CAA records, which is a deal breaker for me. Despite this, cust... See more

Worst support ever
They are trying to add a DS record to my domain for more than year. At first they are just tried to deny that the problem exists at all ("You can add it in our client area" - but that's not working, "your DS record is wrong" - but it's provided by cloudflare and completely legit, etc.), after several months of correspondence they finally admitted the problem and started to "work on it".
We got to this schedule: waiting for a month - asking what their progress, got the answer, that their team is "working", waiting for another month, and repeat the loop. And after some repeats they just started to ignore my messages and close my tickets without any answer at all.
I definitely do not recommend this registrar, their support is the worst I ever seen.
I definitely recommend Martin Cote if you want to get your domain name
Thank you for Martin Cote support in purchasing a domain name, there was a good level of communication and the transaction took place within my budget. All the best for you and for you business.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Fast and resolution based. UI is easy and clear of any extras. They don't try to upsell or co-sell other products. They are professional and dedicated to domain names.
First Timer, Now Earned Customer
Because it was my first time bidding on a domain, I was a bit skeptical of the process. I was made to feel comfortable and was even helped on locking in a good price for my desired domain. I’ll definitely do it again.
Obscenely overpriced and dishonest
Obscenely overpriced, too many middle men slapping on enormous commissions in the thousands after they capture your contact details - especially their salesman. Then they hustle you constantly to reach their quotas. Avoid, buy direct from domain owners instead.
Great Customer Service
I always purchase all of my domain needs on Uniregistry for atleast 2 years, all of them went smoothly, except when trying to renew my oldest domain, one email to customer support later, they sorted it out, it's just excellent
They charge top dollar without the features to back it up.
Company in the cayman island that sell domains at "LISTING PRICES" as they say. After buying i found offers for the same domain at 1/3 of what i paid. Customer support wont match price nor refund. Better google for better deals, they have no features that justify top dollar.
