genuinely can’t say enough amazing things about this company, especially my adjuster Jared. I was advised by friends not to buy extended warranty but I didn’t listen and purchased it anyways. 5 months later my transmission blew. The company had my car towed within two hours for free. The dealership said it usually takes 4 days for insurance to review a claim. United car care approved it the same day through a video inspection!! They approved $6200 for brand new transmission, I almost cried I was so happy. The dealership told me I still owed $500 which made no sense so I called Jared my adjuster to ask why, and he seemed confused and concerned and asked me to get a breakdown. He went out of his way to also request a breakdown, and get his supervisor Randy Maxwell involved. Jared was right the dealership was trying to charge me $459 for nuts and bolts when I got the breakdown Jared looked up the parts and called them himself to tell them the prices were wrong and half were covered through him. I looked up parts they cost $56 he was right! The dealership ended up dropping the part fee altogether, with a fight from me and Jared. He responded to every call or email within 10 min. BY FAR THE BEST PERSON I HAVE EVER encountered in any service industry. I’m so happy with them and will use them forever!!

My BMW 2016 228I needed a new thermostat. Since I did not buy the extended warranty from BMW, I was not sure it would be covered. The BMW dealer contacted Car Care and most of the bill was covered without any issue. Car Care saved me $440.00. Thank you!!!

They have been great. They work well with the shop where I brought my vehicle for repairs. I am very pleased and glad I purchased a Carshield warranty.
Yet another great experience with Endurance! We unfortunately continued to have issues with our transmission and took it to the dealership. It turned out to be a valve inside and the decision by Endurance was to replace the entire transmission. Their response was quick and repairs were completed as quickly as the dealership could get them done. Everything was handled between the dealership and Endurance. Extremely satisfied. Thanks Endurance for a great job!

I would strongly suggest going with another aftermarket warranty service.
They (ucc) has a policy of having one of their inspectors verify that the shop is correct in their claims AND if there is rust present, no matter where you live, they will deny claim.
When you call and ask questions you will usually have to go through a supervisor to get any kind of decent decent customer service.
Have all your VIN and or policy numbers ready when you call, as they cannot look up anything with your name.
So my scenario is, I have $2,000 worth of work that needs to be done. I have to wait 24-48 hours for their inspector to come out and verify, wait for the claim to be denied or approved, no idea how long that will take, and then wait for the truck to be worked on. Because the work will only take 4ish hours, they will not provide a rental car
in total, the shop will have my truck anywhere from 3 to 6 days for 4 hours of work.
And because the claim is not approved, I have no option of them covering a rental car.

Excellent auto repair garage in Sun City AZ. Very honest and fair. On my last visit for repairs they gave me a new battery at no charge. They do quality work at fair prices. I will continue to go there for my auto needs and tell everyone what a great company they are…

I recently had to use my United Car Care Platinum vehicle coverage for the first time. Upon receiving my warranty information the next 2 times I heard from my service advisor ( from the repair shop of my choice, Buick ) I was informed that my warranty was in perfect order and later that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. I had a total engine failure. And the engine of my vehicle had to be replaced. It took one day for the auto dealership to reach out to the warranty company and make a determination of the process. Within one week we understood that the damage was covered by warranty and the process was initiated immediately for a replacement engine through the manufacture. In all the process was very quick having an engine shipped over from Germany and installed in my vehicle and my vehicle back on the road with minimal disruption to me. Everyone was excellent to work with and I was so fortunate to have made this investment.

My car was at the service dept for three weeks. Initially the service dept reported that my car needed a new engine and radiator. The inspector found that a radiator was the issue and would only approve for that. I gave concerns with why I would be told that I need a new engine, inspector saying service dept didn’t prove you needed engine? First and foremost, I’m concerned with my safety, pray that my car is safe. Being told I need an engine and end result being a radiator is quite unnerving. I spent lots of money on a rental and have not been reimbursed for a single day of that cost. 3 weeks in the shop . No compassion, or inquiry about service until now?

When I bought my 2007 hummer with very low mileage I went and took out a warrantee with United Car Care.
The policy was over $3000. I was worried it wouldn’t amount to much if ever needed but two years later I began to have oil leaking and other problems.
I called the company and the representative named Kevin came right out and answered all of the questions I had. We went over the problems in the vehicle with the mechanics at the shop. Kevin without hesitation had the company pay for all of the necessary work. It’s far exceeded the cost of my policy. Kevin was amazing and very easy to work with and reasonable.
I will not hesitate to get a warranty on all of my vehicles now with united car care. They were amazing and thank you so much Kevin!!!

Had both front CV axles replaced. 1 wasn’t covered since a rubber boot was torn from normal wear. Had to pay that out of pocket but the other axle was covered so they paid for that. 4K warranty premium so far I’ve been able to use it to cover 800. Covered components have a surface rust? Nope not covered sorry. Not sure if this is the best warranty company from the VERY specific coverage circumstances.
