No support during weekends
Registering a domain is easy.
However, registering a domain on a Friday. Then 48h later still Nameserver change hasn't gone through and no reply from their support.
Disappointed and only see a downside in registering with them in the future.

Hello Jens, thank you for your review. As our website says, our support team is available on weekdays, from 9-5 ET. When a domain name is registered with a new set of contact details, we send the owner an email asking that they verify their supplied contact information. Once you do this for your newly registered domains, they will be activated and your name server changes will take effect. Thanks!

United Domains is very professional and trustworthy in my experience of about two years with them. However, I like to see them become more widespread as compared to other similar sites.

Transferring domains is a breeze!
Transferring my domains in from other registrars is a breeze with United Domains. Their website makes it simple, and the emails they send confirm where you are every step of the way... no confusion at all. My domain was transferred over in just over 30 minutes for the entire process.
