Scam company they offer you the world…

Scam company they offer you the world but when you accept the verbal contract you’re trapped and you won’t receive what you was told at the beginning. Don’t believe the fake positive reviews. They taken their Google reviews down for a reason

Just paid 1000 on credit card and next…

Just paid 1000 on credit card and next month another 1050.reduced from 3500 odd..please read my previous feedback.if you are dealing with this company be on high alert!! What is on website is not on contract!!! Read everything at least 5 times and then read again you might find the sticking point that they don't want you too find!! Good luck at least I have shared this info so fore warned is fore armed.CHECK DATES OF CONTRACT END!! ITS NOT 30 TOO 45 DAYS ITS THE 15 DAYS INBETWEEN !!! WIsh I had known this!! This is my families money not mine..please please take note of this.i have had assurance that this is the end of any contract I entered into let's see eh..think I may go back and decline every day of the 15 days out of 365 that I am allowed too cancel just too be sure.have read a sad story of a guy that's still in the circle after 8 years!!! That's alot of money and I feel for him!!!

This isn't a review I would expect to see, considering you are currently on the first page of Google for both websites we have created for you, something we do no guarantee.

As always, you are also listed on the first page of Bing and Yahoo as per our contract, you have premium listings on all of our directories and have been submitted to around 600 online platforms.

I understand that the basis of your review is regarding the automatic renewal on your account. It's worth noting that our terms were made clear to you when you came on board and after this you went ahead and signed a contract too.

Our Customer Journey team had contacted you every month to check in, I truly wish you had raised your concerns sooner, our Customer Services department would've been on hand to help and we may not be in this situation now. I am however happy to see you have come to a positive resolution with regards to your account.

If you do wish to discuss this further, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Service Centre.

I not trust this company

Do not trust this company. Total and utter scammers. Gloves off now. I've been patient with this company. But now the gloves are coming off. I have face book photos of all the posts of people they have ripped of. Web site they built was a joke. Basic site that a child could have done. Constantly threating me with court action. Debt collectors don't seem to understand the law. I've asked the debt company not email, call or message me. My call was recorded. Any more communication will result in a police complaint. Will be reporting to trading standards. Reported to police for harassment. I seriously look forward in Thier reply. They have refused to send myself all telephone conversations with them.

HI, just giving a review for my very supportive customer service provider Melissa, she is very polite, listens to my question and concerns, also has very good knowledge. I have no issues with giving 5 star report. I wish all telephone ops had her mannerism. Keep up the good work.
