Fabulous quality human hair topper
I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the hair topper I received from Uniwigs.
I've worn toppers for over 10 years and have stuck with 2 suppliers for those. That is up until now. From ordering to receiving it the whole process was simple and the delivery so fast considering it was coming to the UK. The hair quality is beautiful though I haven't washed it yet but I'm sure it will be fine.
The packaging is lovely too with the addition of a thoughtful hair clips/comb kit in case they are needed.
I will definitely be buying again from Uniwigs without hesitation.

Very very happy with my hairtopper!
I am utterly happy with my Courtney Upgraded hair topper! It looks so natural, the hair quality is great (Chinese hair) and the layers subtly frame the face. I feel put together, confident and have a new glow! Takes under a minute, four clicks, to get a beautiful ponytail.
Am also very grateful for the helpful guidance by Uniwigs support team which topper and color that would work best for me.

Complete rip off!!! I paid over 1000$ lace front is horrible , came with wefts on the back detached (more than one) . The wig is extremely itchy and looked super odd when placed on head . Won’t stay in place I will have to use tape,color was good but shorter than expected best on small or petite woman, tried to leave a review on the site ,but negative reviews are not posted people need to be aware that when a site doesn’t have any negative reviews there is a reason for it.

Let me start by saying that this was one of the most disappointing company ,I d ever dealt with . I ordered the Courtney mousse brown 14 in Burmese hair topper . I was so excited to get it as I am a cancer survivor and my hair has been thinning for years. I took the chance and placed my first order. unfortunately I had to return it as it was totally the wrong color and did not fit my head size . I really wanted it to work but it did not . Plus , I just didn’t like how shiny it was and it just didn’t look natural . Anyway , I used after pay as these hair toppers are expensive so I thought it would be better to split the payments . I reached out to the company they approved my return . I paid $20 at fed ex to send it back they received it in two days .it was never worn in perfect condition . And to my surprise I received a partial payment back to my card , I reached out and they said I owe them for a restocking fee and a shipping protection fee. The company claims that I clicked on that added protection agreement at checkout . Which I did not nor would I agree to do that . I’m sure it was a computer glitch because I did not approve that so instead of refunding me the $38 they are more interested in blaming me for pressing that button when I placed the order. This is so far from the truth . And people need to be aware of how they are treating customers. I am so disappointed over this , they get to resell the $ 479.00 hair piece and I’m getting charge to restock it ??? I’m out $58 total with sending it back . So buyer beware. I want to deal with honest , professional people. Not a company that’s more interested in money and not interested in making their customers happy .i would’ve tried other pieces and bought from them again had they in good faith refunded me the full amount . But not now not ever I would leave no stars if I could . I’m not one for writing negative reviews. But I feel it was necessary. And I speak my truth …… can they say the same ????

Once we received your return — which arrived in good condition — we processed your refund promptly and strictly according to our clearly stated return policy. This includes a restocking fee, which covers the cost of quality checks, sanitization, and processing of returned pieces. The restocking fee, it is outlined in our return policy and we believe the refund issued was fair and in line with our transparent policies.
Before you left this review, you contacted our support team to express dissatisfaction with the non-refundable portions of your refund — specifically the $1 donation and the $13.03 ROUTE shipping protection fee. We explained to you at that time that these optional services were selected at checkout. Both fees are clearly presented during the ordering process and are not required to complete a purchase.
The $1 donation goes directly to a partnered charity Breastcancer.org.
The ROUTE insurance is a third-party protection service that begins coverage immediately upon payment and is non-refundable once the order is placed.
These are not hidden charges, and customers can unselect them during checkout if they do not wish to participate. Once selected, they are final and go to external organizations, which is why they cannot be refunded.
We would never intentionally charge for something a customer didn’t choose, and we’re confident that our checkout system is functioning properly. We're always happy to walk customers through these options and clarify any confusion — and we encourage customers to reach out before completing their orders if something looks unclear.

I am so happy I found UniWigs! I purchased the Upgraded Courtney Topper, 16” Chinese hair in Truffle brown. I have struggled with my thin fine hair most of my adult life. I have tried everything from supplements, hair growth serums, clip in’s and hand tied extensions which looked great but the upkeep was way too expensive and time consuming.
My Courtney Topper looked amazing right out of the box. The hair is silky soft and the colour is a perfect match to my natural hair.
I did take the topper to my hair stylist to have her add some more layers around the front and take an inch or so off the length to better suit my hairstyle. I also followed YouTube tutorials on how to pluck the part for a more natural look. It is so easy to put, takes just a few minutes and that’s mostly me just fussing with it. I am still adjusting to seeing myself with hair lol but am loving my new topper. Also want to add UniWigs Customer Service have been amazing. Thank you 😊

I am impressed with the quality of 6.5 by 7 Airy Elegance Ultra breathable lace top human hair topper by uniwigs. I got the mousse brown 12" 130% density.
It is so lightweight that i dont feel hot even if i wear it all day on a hot day.
It looks so realistic that no one can tell im wearing a topper. Ive gotten tons of compliments too.

Love My Aura
I purchased my Aura Skin Top 12 inch 110% density in Mousse Brown in February this year. I have to say I was so pleased with the quality of the hair, the color was perfect and the skin top is light and breezy. The hair is Mongolian so it matches my bio hair which is so important for me. This is my 2nd topper from Uniwigs and I will definitely be looking out for more styles.

I love my 7 x 8 Upgrade Courtney Mono Top (Human Hair) topper. I chose the Dusty Ash Brown (624R) in 12'. It also comes with pre-cut layers so I was able to wear her strait out of the box. I've been extremely self conscious since I started loosing hair due to an auto immune disorder and catching Covid three times. I had tried so many different shampoos, vitamins and diets but nothing seemed to help my thinning hair. My hair stylist mentioned trying hair toppers and I will admit I was a little skeptical at first. I started doing some research and ran across the UniWigs site. I decided to order one and man am I happy I did. I now have the confidence back that I had lost. Truthfully, I have more because my topper looks better than my natural hair ever did. I'm so happy with my purchase. I've ordered a couple from other sites as well now but UniWig is by far my favorite.
