They delivered within the time frame I selected and my phone is now unlocked. So happy I went with them. They are more affordable then other companies I saw and they have a guarantee, but I didn't even need it. I was spectical at first, but I did my research and it worked out for me.

I was very frustrated not knowing what to do to unlock my phone. I was doubtful at first about paying online and getting a lock code to unlock it. But I have to say I am very impressed as how fast I got my email with a network unlock code. I entered it on my phone and it was unlocked instantly! I am very pleased with Unlockradar.

Brilliant service successfully unlocked my phone, got my code within 4 hours as advertised. Customer service was great too.

I found out the phone was already unlocked a few hours after I bout the unlock and emailed them before they sent a code letting them know it was already unlocked. The owner called Att and they said they sent the wrong email saying there was a bill still due on it. I sent emails and messages on facebook about a refund and no response, have to go through my bank.

I have a Samsung Note 10 plus. I was just disgusted with my carrier (Spectrum Mobile) and wanted to take my phone to Verizon. I was making monthly payments on my phone. My carrier would let my number port out but my phone was networked locked. I received my unlock code less than 24 hours later and to my surprise it worked as advertised. My phone is now unlocked and can be used on any carrier.

Just too much trouble to use. Yes, they did get me an unlock code, but far too much hassle. Nowhere on their website does it say they only operate 9>5 Mon to Fri. When you eventually get the code, it doesn't work. You then have to send them a video to prove it doesn't work. Before they will send you another code to enter before the unlock code. 3 stars for the eventual code. Zero stars for the experience.

They unlocked my s10+ in under 24hrs I put order in on weekend, and messaged them. Quick friendly reply, explained everything to me in a respectful detailed way. This is the smoothest unlock service you can get will do for all my phones from now on.

The service is great. In three days I had an unlock code for my Sony Xperia XZ1.

However their order tracking site is next to useless, saying only unlocking in process, and they don't reply to messages. You'll only know your code is on the way once you get it.

I would absolutely recommend Unlockrader if you want your phone network unlocked. Just be aware that there is no communication between you and them other than money changing hands and the code given, which is all that is really needed..

After initial contact was made in regards to a code not working stopped recieving any emails on how they would fix the situation
