I wanted to unlock my phone and this was a very dependable service to suit my needs, so I'd highly recommend it. The only thing is that it's not clearly stated on their website that they only correspond during their business hours, which is not 24/7 and not on weekends. As long as you're aware of this though, then you shouldn't have anything to worry about!

These guys got it right for my galaxy note 9. It was unlocked under 12 hours.

it really works... use the imei on your phone, don't do like me and use the number on the box...
don't espect answer on the facebook or e-mail... they don't answer!

Took some hours to get the code - during the weekend -
and then I mistook the network code for the unlock code and did not manage to get the phone unlocked from Vodafone first try. That may not have helped and I had to ask for more guidance, that I received quickly.
The proposed fix did not work first time, but after a"network reset" on the phone it did.
Also got the unlock code from Vodafone.

Just got my Samsung Galaxy S6 Active unlocked by Unlockradar!

Ordered it late on Friday night, received in my email this afternoon (Late Friday to Mid Monday, excellent considering a weekend and holiday Monday to boot).

Two codes were provided. The Network unlock code that my phone was asking for when I put in the new SIM from Mint Mobile and a PUK code (which I haven't had to use so far, and possibly at all).

I was a bit skeptic of ordering this, not because of any ill reputation towards Unlockradar, but only because there are SO many competing companies out there so, it might be hard as to who to choose and then waiting in faith.

I would use them again, just as I am giving a 5 star review and recommending here. The price was phenomenal (under $30) and considering what AT&T was hassling me with, even though I paid for the phone in full and was a loyal customer for over 5 years (until raised the rates I was locked into and grandfathered under without warning and which I refused to pay anymore at that point, hence locking my phone as a result) and so, Unlockradar.com was the best solution!

They had a small problem and it took a bit longer than I hoped to swap my service. But having said that I was very happy with the service and would use again.

Unlockradar is the best ! Paid a small reasonable fee and in 24hours my locked Samsung note 9 phone was unlocked and now I can switch too any carrier I want.

I was amazed, saved me over $450. Already made some of my friends aware of this service.

This site is a Joke. I paid extra money to have the unlock code within 1-24 hours. I cant even get a response from them. I will surely be calling the Credit Card Company. Don't use this site for anything. I am a real person writing this review. These reviews on here are fake. STAY AWAY.

Code didn't work, 2 messages sent, one with a video and still no credit or feedback to get it to work.
