This was my first experience ordering…

This was my first experience ordering from this company, as I wanted a reasonably priced birthday gift and their prices seemed competitive. However, they sent me the wrong item, which was of lower value than what I originally ordered. To make matters worse, there was no compensation offered to address their mistake. Because of this, I can only give them 3 stars.

Hi,

We are very sorry for your experience. Unfortunately there was a packing error which we can only apologise for.

As per the email from Kim on the 12th November at 12:42pm, we arranged for the correct item to be sent out on a priority next day delivery and we provided a freepost return label to return the incorrect calendar.

Your reply later on the 12th instructed us that you did not want us to do this and instead you wanted a refund for the price difference. We actioned this for you immediately.

We very much apologise for the error on our part, but to claim that there was no resolution or compensation offered to address the mistake is entirely incorrect. We always resolve any issues as quickly and fairly as possible.

We do hope the advent calendar is well received despite the mix up. There are lots of excellent products included in that one :-)

Everything went fine, but poor communication lets them down

Items were in stock and came in good time. I did read reviews on here so was a bit dubious, but everything went smoothly.

I would offer this feedback to the company....Communicate!!! Send more information on orders and delivery details. I felt uninformed about my order and delivery and was surprised it arrived when it did.

Most other companies send many emails regarding despatch of order etcetera and it helps customers to feel well-informed about our orders and more positive about our experiences.

The worst thing you can do is assume that delivery is 'out of our hands'. We customers consider delivery to be an integral part of YOUR company (even when it is actually a separate company delivering) and our experience of your company is directly related to how the delivery went too, not just the product.

Bought Dr. Hauschka Rose Day Cream & Rejuvenating Intense Serum from here. Quick delivery and very competitively priced products. Good choice of brands and products. Will use again.

Easy to deal With

I placed an order over the weekend for some Dr Hauschka items realised after I had placed it I’d ordered a wrong product. I contacted U Organic by email on the Monday issue was sorted out refund issued very quickly . I received my order today delighted with the products and free samples .
I will definitely re order from U Organic .
