Urban Heating & Plumbing 

We contacted urban heating & plumbing when we had a gas leak, after I found them on the gas safe register. However we were so impressed with their professionalism that we got them into do a load more work (we’d just done a full refurb and had problems with the heating and plumbing). Will came in to consult and give us advise, and we then engaged them to do a load of plumbing fixes, commission the full heating system (including 2 boilers and 2 hot water tanks), and connect a load of our drainage pipes into the main waste water. We’ve had well over 30 different trades professionals in our property as we’ve refurbed over the past 6months, and I can confidently say Will was by far the best we worked with ! Highly recommend.

Fabulous service received from Will. Arrived very promptly when needed to assess a boiler problem, gave the quote quickly and did the job at the arranged day and time to suit us. The final price even came in slightly lower than the quote due to a reduction in the price of the part. We will definitely use again and will highly recommend to others.

Superb service from Will and Mo. We needed a new boiler and Will advised a combi boiler would suit our needs. The new boiler was fitted in just over a day. Will came round explained what was wrong with the boiler. He sourced the part that was needed and came back promptly to complete the job. He was friendly and efficient. Will get him back for any future jobs.

Will came round to service our boiler and underfloor heating. He was punctual and he did a brilliant and efficient job. He was nice enough to explain the process, which gave us more reassurance that he was doing a top job. He recommended work we can have done later down the line to extend the life of the boiler but was not pushy to have it done right away which I really appreciate. All in all Will did a top service and would strongly recommend for anyone needing a gas engineer in the south east Essex area!

It was lack.of hot water. Orher plumber also visit and dis not manage, Will came and sorted, it was a block in the tanque and not in the boiler. Im very pleased with his service.

Came home from work to a very leaky sink in our garden room. I phoned Will who told me what I could do before he arrived. Great service, arrived when he said he would and very reasonable for a very out of hours visit. Would highly recommend!

Had an emergency where i had drilled into a pipe. Rang up Will and explained the problem gave me confidence over the phone he could sort and was at my house in 30 mins. problem was fixed with no fuss quickly and in a friendly manner and for a reasonable price. Will came out and fixed my central heating system earlier this week. He arrived on time, polite, tidy and quick to identity the issue and fix the system. Would certainly recommend.

Excellent service. In technical terms he came out at a moments notice on a Friday evening and got my 92 year old dad's oil fired boiler going after it had had a glitch. Very friendly, helpful, efficient and left the place spotless. Highly recommended.
