I have used Urban heating and plumbing numerous times, always reliable and professional. I had an issue recently, which given the weather, I was extremely happy with how quickly I got a response. The issue was resolved just as quick but I appreciated the understandable explanation of what occurred and how it was fixed. I will definitely continue to use the service in the future.

We found Urban on Google, rather than trustpilot looking for really strong review history and we weren't disappointed. (I was aware that both sets of reviews seem to match, as 5* sets though).
Will was attentive and helpful, communicating well with us, in the quote and lead-in stage. Work quality all en-pointe. It was really important to us that we weren't then left for ages, for the return visit (as we decided to complete an element ourselves) and we weren't disappointed. Although less valuable to Will, he was back quickly, communicating well again. Really pleased and, of course, will use again.

We’ve used Urban Heating & Plumbing for two boiler replacements and annual servicing, and we have been very impressed by thier workmanship, professionalism and thier efficiency. Called out after returning from a trip to find that our heating was not working properly. They were very quick to identify the problem over the course of the phonecall. The service was excellent and the repair was completed very quickly in a few hours ( the day after we spoke on the phone).

After having various bad advice about getting new boiler installed, contacted Jon and Will.They gave me good,honest advice about size of new boiler etc.They are very good at what they do and, importantly, .very honest and clean workers. I’m always so apprehensive getting work done on my property by any tradesman. Urban Heating & Plumbing were highly recommend by several acquaintances so I took the plunge. They fitted a new combi boiler for me and I couldn’t be happier with their professionalism, quality of work and fair pricing, highly recommend.

Can’t recommend Will enough! Excellent service, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Will has completed a few jobs for me now. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

I can’t recommend Will enough! He was reliable, knowledgable and very reasonably priced.

Woke up to soaking wet carpet and dripping water from the ceiling, water supply to shower pump in the loft had burst. Messaged Will via WhatsApp and he was there within the hour and the leak was sorted. Gave me advice on what replacement parts were needed and where to get them from and was back the next day to fit and get the shower working again. Top service from a top guy, would certainly recommend and will use again in future!
