I ordered paige denim size 28, they send me 27. So I followed the instructions for return and drop FedEx. It's been a month since March. Now it's April I never heard any email for refund.

I have placed a few orders with Otrium and I am confident to recommend the site. Authentic and genuine quality goods. I have purchased several handbags, dresses, casual wear, active wear and jackets and been happy with every purchase. Extremely fast shipping. I only had to return one jumpsuit once and it was a breeze. I now go to Otrium to find brand name goodies for a LOT less than retailers offer. Always find some gems there.
