Otrium fraudulently withdrew $6500 and never returned a cent claiming they are not LIABLE!!!! COMPLETE SCAM FOREIGN COMPANY!

Otrium fraudulently withdrew $6500 in funds somehow using my bank debit card. I informed them within mere hours as soon as i noticed and they began profusely apologizing stating they would promptly return the funds. Fast forward 6 months later and upon intentionally misleading me, lying to me, providing me with excuse after excuse, sending me to multiple "supervisors", "financial department managers", "legal department staff" who all had their own set of lies and excuses, i still have not been refunded one single penny! This led to severe financial devastation to my small construction company, my personal and professional reputation, and many more irreparable damages. i begged them to return my money. It fell on deaf ears. Their final excuse is that they are not LIABLE for stealing my funds!!!! They blame my card carrier!! While the card carrier has some responsibility is sure does not completely vindicate the criminal company who perpetrated felony fraud and grand theft by relieving them of any accountability or responsibility and thus allows them to unjustly enrich themselves to the tune of $6,500 without earning a cent and without having to send out one item of inventory!! They are a foreign company who operates in this manner to blatantly and brazenly victimize innocent American citizens out of our hard earned money with no remorse or acknowledgment of the devastation they cause by this repulsive and illegal activity. I have to sue now. I cant even get the legal authorities to assist and they know that since they are in Amsterdam! Be careful! I have proof of all of this and it is literally unbelievable this type of activity can occur without any concern of being caught or forced to return money they steal!!!!!
ONE LAST THING...I never even heard of Otrium LLC. prior to this occuring. I never used their services. Nobody else has or had access to my bank debit card. Therefore, they somehow hacked my debit card details from somewhere, INCLUDING THE 3 DIGIT CODE ON THE BACK, and proceeded to bypass the fraud detection somehow to allow 8 back to back $675-$950 transactions to process from my bank account and clearly shows up on my electronic statement as "OTRIUM LLC. DOVER, DE"!!!!!!!!

Otrium is awful

I have no idea why Otrium has so many positive reviews! Their customer service is non-existent. Once they take your money there is no way to contact them. If you need to return anything you are screwed.

Half of the order not delivered, no response from the company

Half of my order was never delivered, I also got some random things in my box that I never ordered. Unable to contact customer service, no response on instagram or over the phone. Website now does not have anything listed and I'm missing $800 worth of clothes. Also have no idea if I should even be sending my return back to them since they seem to have shut down their operations.

The reviews here are not legit.
Go to their social media and you will see that they are scamming customers.
Their customer service is slow. Their return is a scam bc they delay response and they have to “create” a return label for you. Otrium doesn’t reply to DM’s. Their chat is always down and their phone doesn’t work! To make matters worse their email gets returned. If you buy from this business you are going to get scammed.
By the way I live in the US

I’m constantly on your website…

I’m constantly on your website searching for more things to order. If you guys had more Farm Rio sizes and choices I would definitely rate you guys 5 stars. The only problem I had was completely my fault. I ordered the wrong thing twice. So we’ll see what happens when it comes to returns.

Poorest customer service ever!

Customer service is terrible. They took a long time to ship my items. Some were missing. I returned two items. And have not received refund yet. Hard to contact them. Phone number doesn't work and customer service form doesn't work. So far they owe me over $100 from an order I placed November 4th. I will never do business with them again beware!

Amazing value every day

What a business plan. Out of season or slow sellers make super discounts the brands will not sell for fear of brand dilution. We are the winners and the prices and quality brands continue to amaze me.

bate and switch

They lure you in with a promo code and then without explanation, simply can't/won't apply it. Tried to use their "customer service" form.... can't submit it. Beware.

I tried to purchase a Boss tracksuit…

I tried to purchase a Boss tracksuit from Otrium and here's the timeline:

Purchase completed 11/1
Excuses begin 11/6 with "We're sorry, your order is delayed"
Follow up emails 11/8, 11/9, 11/13 between customer service and myself, "your order is delayed because of "warehouse relocation" and other excuses.
The inevitable email came 11/16, "your item is no longer in our warehouse" (shocker!!!!)

They issued a refund, but I knew all along their prices are too good to be true. I can price an item at a deep discount too, if I never have to actually deliver the product!

If you are going to launch a website/app/whatever, be ready for the business you are trying to solicit. This is as basic as it gets for retailers... it's not difficult.

Update: Received email 12/29 stating that Otrium is closing US operations. I predicted this would happen based on my experience.

Honestly, this company has the worst customer service that I have ever encountered. It’s one excuse after another. I don’t know if this is the standard in the Netherlands, but US customers should stay clear!!!

I ordered my items over a week ago and…

I ordered my items over a week ago and they still haven’t ship them. I sent an email to their customer support about the delay and they sent a 20% coupon code. Why would I buy again from a site if they can’t deliver the items. I’ll contact my credit card company for fraud.
