It is super user friendly and the service is excellent

We had an incredible experience touring the platform and everything it had to offer thanks to Rachel and Morgan! Their knowledge about Uscreen's capabilities, its upcoming and pending features, as well as their commitment to the user experience made our conversations with them an absolute delight. I'm floored by how much Uscreen has to offer and am so grateful to Rachel and Morgan for being our enthusiastic guides!

Uscreen is extremely easy to use, gives you tools to market your business effectively, the staff are all incredible, kind, helpful and responsive. A great step in growing your business with subscription based model, and getting more connected with your customers.

I love how user friendly Uscreen is. I also appreciate how much they listen to their users and try to implement changes to the site. Videos play fast without needing to buffer and live streaming is so easy too.

Uscreen is the end all be all for creators/entrepreneurs to monetize their content through amazing apps and overall experiences. We have been using Uscreen for several years now and they are always upgrading the backend and adding new features, our community loves the app and the content is delivered super clean. It's essentially our own version of netflix for our brand.

PROS:
Product works well. It takes away all the tech work from building a membership site I can focus on my content.
Customer support is top! It feels like a family and I feel very supported even if I know I'm not their biggest client.
They are listening to their users and their community. They are always engaging with us. I am also able to connect w/ other like minded members.
CONS:
Analytics in terms of where I got sign ups from (google, instagram etc) are hard to come by. Google Analytics integration could be more seamless and have someone to help us with making sure it was done right.
Right now when I go live, the URL doesn't save and I have to create a completely different piece of content for the "recorded video"
Overall I'm very happy w/ my uscreen experience. I transferred from creating my own site w/ a LOT of custom wordpress add ons to uscreen. It has been a solid product. They are always listening to their members and I feel very supported.

Absolutely phenomenal onboarding, setting it up and launching was a lot less stressful than we thought. Super impressed by the Uscreen onboarding team of specialists and their enthusiasm. Uscreen really takes product feature suggestions and implement them well

Uscreen is a fantastic tool for hosting memberships, a community, and premium video content. Their team helped me transition away from a different membership tool and made the process so seamless. I love the live streaming capabilities within Uscreen, the ability to organize my videos into collections, and how marketing features like email and lead magnets (giveaway funnels) are integrated right within the tool.

Excellent support, video playback works well, constantly improving the platform. They are investing in the business which I appreciate.

Uscreen has an intuitive user-interface, making it a breeze to set up any video on demand service. Add to it, their world-class customer support when you get stuck, Uscreen certainly sets themselves apart from other similar services.

Uscreen's customer service is second to none and they also have OTT options, so I'm able to distribute my VOD through a number of apps and marketplaces.

My one hang-up is that since users pay for access, I'd like to see Uscreen taking no cut of the earnings. It just seems like double-dipping when account holders are already paying for a monthly/yearly subscription and Uscreen pulls a service fee and a $0.10 per subscriber fee every month.

Overall, Uscreen has excellent options for monetizing my video content and grow my brand. Five well-earned stars.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about my experience with Uscreen. Migrating my small niche community from Wistia and Circle.so was seamless. My customers love the new platform and my revenue has tripled in the first 3 months since switching!

It's the exact system I need for my membership. I wanted to create a Netflix for podcasters, and even built out a version one on top of WordPress. But Uscreen does everything I need it to do and more. It was a no-brainer for me to switch.

Over the last 6 months with Uscreen we've noted a steady increase in sales, much higher customer retention and daily engagement with our users. The built in Communities are the key to building these relationships and Uscreen makes it easy.

Very easy to set everything up, nice-looking and user-friendly website templates. Customer service is quick to respond, and their help section is extensive and useful. They are always adding new features and improving. A more accessible price point for the apps would be great, but happy with it overall.
