We've used Uscreen for our Taichi school's online video instruction for 4 years. The platform is easy to use, the tech support is superb, and the company continues to improve its functionality and our marketing options. It's the only VOD and streaming video service that met our needs after comparing them with several others.

I did a lot of research on which hosting platform I wanted to use before diving in with UScreen. I'm happy to report I have had solely positive experiences with UScreen. I am genuinely impressed by both the product and it's continuous evolution. Each new feature gets me inspired to try something new and grow my online business. I've always been super happy with my customer success experience. They are incredibly helpful anytime I have a questions or problem big or small.

We are in our 3rd year with UScreen and have found this platform to be a wonderful fit for our company! We spent endless hours trying to force other OTT providers to meet our needs, but no one matched the flexibility, support, and administrative back-end that UScreen provides! They seem to regularly offer updates and new tools just as I need them, and I have yet to hear "you can't do that" from anyone on their team. Plus our onboarding specialist Emma is just the best and always helps with new ideas and ongoing support. I would not waste any time looking and comparing other OTT providers, you'll just end up here in the end!

I have signed up with uscreen about a year now, and I couldn't have made a better choice. For a person like me who knows absolutely nothing about technology, this is the best option. Excellent platform for all creators, entrepreneurs who want to start or expand their business. Super easy to set up and navigate. The best thing is the customer service, they are there for us 24 hours, very fast response. Special thanks to Daniel, Adam, and everyone because they are amazing. They know their work perfectly, super attentive and professionals. I created my fitness page and I tell you, is incredible how much you can offer to your subscribers. Being a complete newcomer to this process but needing a place to house my videos I was so pleased that customer service was easily accessible via chat. Daniel was such a tremendous help I can’t speak his praises loudly enough. Not only was he always available but so incredibly patient with my millions of questions (most of which I’m sure were ridiculous) and even reached out to me to be sure I had accomplished what I wanted to get done even while being really overwhelmed.

Uscreen is a fantastic platform for content creators. The support team has been great at helping us with all our questions and problems. We love UScreen! We came over from another OTT platform and have been most impressed with UScreen's capacity to listen to our concerns and suggestions and get to work implementing them. We have a video on demand yoga streaming service and we've been pleased with how easy it is to get everything up on our site. We always get help with our questions and love how we can customize our site to make it truly feel like us. The customer support has been very helpful and the price for what you get is very reasonable.

Great customer support! They are always very pro active and fast at coming back to me when i have questions. I feel like they care about their customers and try to adapt and develop their offer to the evolving needs of the market.

Excellent support. After we made a mistake with the invoices to our customers due to miscommunication with the helpdesk they we're very hulpfull in resolving the issue.

We've been using Uscreen since 2018 but had looked into them prior to that while we created our own streaming platform on our website. We decided to start using them about a year later because their platform provided such a better experience for our customers. And they have continued to build on that, making it better all the time.

Recently, we had discussed creating our own platform again so we could end up with something that fits every need of our company and integrating into one main website (We sell physical goods too). We concluded that what Uscreen offers in the way of continuous improvements, a very responsive CS team when you need help, built-in marketing tools, multiple mobile and TV apps, fixing issues that might happen with your site before you are aware something was wrong, etc., was worth continuing to use them.

Uscreen will never fit all of our unique wants, but they hit all of the important ones and make things very simple to run. They also listen to their community and add new features based off our common requests. I have and continue to recommend them when someone is looking to have a streaming website.

Uscreen ist really good. Happy to have choose it.
But what it makes outstanding is the costumer support: Just awesome.

Uscreen has always been super supportive and helpful in assisting us with our administrative customer service, inquiries with updates to the platform, and assisting our customers when we don't know how to. Uscreen is absolutely fantastic! We're able to customize our site with ease and it's very user friendly. Our videos play without any problems, and our customers are very satisfied. Their customer service is always very responsive, which is great as well. I'm so glad we went with Uscreen!
