Great way to borrow a trailer. App is very simple to use to find, book and pay for trailers, and to unlock and lock the padlock. 3 hours for free.

The plate number of the trailer did not exist at pick-up location. This caused some delay for me when I was returning it. However, not a big issue.

Easy renting-app guides pickup-confusing…
The app that guides pickup and delivery was a little confusing when it came to opening a lock, that wasn't on the trailer. Otherwise, renting was easy and also extending the delivery time.

Hi,
Thank you for your review and feedback! There are 2 criteria to have the rent for free. The first is that you must be at the station with location services on to avoid reservation costs. And the second is to waive the insurance, which you just uncheck. According to your booking, you have not chosen to remove the insurance and therefore paid 69kr for this.
